Homewood Suites by Hilton Aurora Naperville

Very good

We loved our room, having a stove and a full fridge was such a big help. We utilized the Basketball hoops, great array of outdoor furniture, beautiful pond to look out at, nice fitness room and pool. Very good breakfast, great variety of foods!! A big part of deciding on this location for our daughters birthday was the fact that they had a jacuzzi....well it was taped up and we were unable to use it.....extremely disappointing!!

2 bedrooms, nice sitting room, 2 bathrooms, lovely breakfast Couch and chair in sitting room were not real comfy.

The front desk manager Nicholas was an amazing staff member. All of the staff were great and helped out a lot facilitating my handicap father's needs.

The location is very convenient Check in was quick and smooth

We arrive at the hotel but their system was down and they couldn't check us in for 5 hours. Hilton had a system issue nationwide but the other hilton chains were doing everything manually except for this hotel. They had people wait in the lobby until the system was up and running again.

Hotel was Great. It was clean, work out room was superb, breakfast had lots of good options, and it was convenient to walk to Metra to ride to downtown Chicago. Would stay there again easily.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was impressed with hot tub. All the jets were working and in my life never seen that many bubbles. It a good thing. Love the cucumber water. It was a quiet stay minus the screaming little girl in the hallway for 2hrs. . Great breakfast. Hope to return next year.

Superb

This hotel was gross and very run down. There’s splatters on the walls. Fuzz in the shower and something growing in the vents. The windows open but would not shut all the way. Did NOT feel safe here. So much so we left and went to another hotel!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Nothing Staff rude my fridge went out they could not fix it or replace they were booked to switch my room half my food got spoiled Outdoor grill only one was working, but not right the other one was out pool was nasty dirty

Breakfast, location, staffs. Bathroom started smelling from 2nd day of our Stay and it never went away. Though staffs asked if we wanted to change the room but that was not feasible for just a 3 days stay

Pool was not clean and room was not that clean and hallways were dirty.

The housekeeping staff is amazing and hardworking, and the amenities are wonderful. Maintenance was also very attentive and helped us with our TV, which we truly appreciated. The only problem with my stay was on Saturday when we went to enjoy the pool area and hot tub. Unfortunately, there was a huge crowd from a party outside, and people who were not staying at the hotel welcomed themselves into the pool and hot tub area. There were no adults watching the kids. The children were running around wildly, using water guns, and spraying other people and kids around them. The kids were entering through the emergency entrance, which was strange because the alarm never sounded. They were able to come in and out through the pool and the back wing without a key card. Cars were also parked by the basketball court, and it was clear they were visitors who were not staying at the hotel. After that experience, we gave up on using the amenities because the area remained chaotic until the day we departed.
