Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chicago Naperville/Aurora

The breakfast options were excellent. Food was replenished often and the area was very clean. The room was comfortable and quiet. It was cleaned and linen changed throughout our stay. Very good tv options. The room and property were very clean. We did not like the original room we were assigned (which was the only room available for our first night). It had a water problem and the carpet was wet. The bathroom also flooded when the shower was used. The wonderful staff got us moved the next day and saved the room for us into the evening. The property was full but it was never noisy. The breakfast area had a lot of seating and never felt crowded. During a difficult time the staff assured our needs were met. We would definitely stay again.

Location was great. Room was clean. Night staff was rude when I asked for an ice bucket because there wasn’t one in our room, she just kept saying there was one in the room, so I had to dump items out of a bag I had to put ice in. Things happen but don’t be rude. The products in the shower were empty so I can’t depend on that anymore. ( because of course I didn’t bring any with me) won’t make that excuse again.

Our side table was broken and the drawer always stayed open. No one cleaned the tables during breakfast. There was expired milk in the fridge during breakfast. They didn’t have a crib available to us until we got the manager involved. They don’t have a pool.

Good breakfast, nice rooms

The room was clean however there was another persons hair still in the shower. We opted out for no room service but were told we could ask for something if we needed it. When we asked for extra towels they said we opted out for room service and we said well that doesn’t mean we don’t want clean towels. They breakfast was great no complaints. It was busy so the parking lot was full and we had to park in another hotels lot.
