Property is closed and shouldn’t be accepting bookings. I even changed the date of my stay and the property confirmed the change but they’re closed due to a fire. They closed and didn’t inform me or cancel my booking. Now booking.com, who is aware the property is closed at this time, is making it difficult to get a refund

Pool is so small and always with kids and birthday parties.

The hotel caught on fire due to being struck by lightning so I didn't get a chance to stay..

Fire on my floor I was evacuated in an active fire. The bed and linens were smelly. There was no rug or carpet snd my feet got dirty. Soap at sink was empty and I fixture for soaps was cheap. No microwave live TV was not easy to use. I will never book a Tru by Hilton. Property was okay but not safe as we had a huge electrical fire. Hotel now closed. The room was awful.

The building was on fire, but the alarms never got activated

Great stay at Tru. Very convenient location just off I-88. Would definitely stay here again.

The Good - The staff is WONDERFUL. Everyone was truly kind, professional, and accommodating. The Bad - The walls are THIN. it's not great for light sleepers The Ugly - The room was DIRTY. Hairs from the previous people all over the bathroom. Grimy floors. DIRTY

The staff weren’t necessarily rude, but they sure weren’t friendly and often seemed annoyed by folks interacting with them. (The exception being the young brunette haired girl who was very friendly and helpful). The breakfast area was disgusting. Tables weren’t maintained after people left, so there was no where to sit without wiping it up yourself. There just didn’t seem to be any oversight and food and beverage were often lacking until asking the put out attendant for more things to be replenished. I always have decent stays at Hilton properties, but this place needs some corporate oversight. I’ll spend a few extra bucks and go back to my usual spot across the way.

Location was good. Breakfast was cold. The eating area wasn’t clean. No one bused the tables after people left. They were low on silverware and napkins. Staff mainly stayed behind their desk talking with one another or on their phones.

The room was definitely clean,staff polite and very helpful/ air conditioned room and plenty of parking.

Breakfast can be hit or miss if you are vegetarian but there is fruit, oatmeal, and toast. If you are staying for a week, you may have to request additional rags/towels and toilet paper. They were not put in our room right away but we were able to get it from the front desk easily. The walls are thin so you if anyone next door is loud you will definitely hear it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Clean beautiful room, helpful staff, great amenities, it was an excellent experience and place to stay, I'd recommend it to others again and again

Disliked - Check in staff was not pleasant. Room - had hair all over in the shower. The pillows were so uncomfortable. Walls are paper thin - could hear everything from people walking upstairs, to dogs barking in the next room. Had very poor sleep the 2 night I stayed. It was not the best stay at a Hilton.
