Red Roof Inn Plus Chicago - Naperville

There are people smoking constantly here. This is right next to a highway, and there are horns and sirens all night. The mirror points light from the streetlight directly at the head of the bed. The curtains don't close all the way, so people can see in your room. The AC doesn't work, the staff are overwhelmed and stressed, and taking personal calls while there is a line of 20 people trying to check in/out. The rooms are old, damp, and falling apart. There were loud patrons talking and yelling and playing music all night. I can't get a refund for four out of the five nights, and no one will help.

My room was very small I ask for handicapped wheel chair accessible with roll in shower but I got a bathtub instead. Smell like some one smoked in the room.

Even the house keeping staff was friendly and efficient

Nothing The carpets were wet and stinky didn’t get a replacement suffocated through out the stay coudnt find sleep though out a very disturbing experience

Room was dirty and run down. Staff was horribly rude if you need assistance and tv didn’t work but they wouldn’t move us or fix it

The was so lout outside in the hallway, the also have a fight. The microwave didn’t work and I ask for one, they said they don’t have any other available, so we started with out for six days until the last day, they give us one. They have something on the bed that make us itch. No good if you if you travel with kids.

Nothing Ac didnt work and staff didnt even attempt to change my room.

Front desk staff and housekeeping is very nice. Prime location in Naperville and close to the highway and lots of shopping. Very comfortable beds and nice room design. If you use booking.com your reservation might not be received properly. There was lots of miscommunication which was frustrating at first.

Room was still dirty and beds was still a mess with the room smelling like pee

The property was run down and it looks like a tenement housing; they advertise weekly rates on a banner. People were hanging out in front of their rooms since. We cancelled our reservations and took the loss.

Foul odor in rooms. Improper smoke of weird substances resonating into rooms. Activities from sketchy customers allowed on site. Not family friendly due to improper activities on property. Be careful to not ingest dangerous substances from the air. This has a touch of skid row.

I would stay there again.

They charge me an extra "deposit" when l check, which it supposed to give it back when l check out, and l havent get it back

It's ok. Nothing bad...just a room. No fridge or microwave
