Concerns were addressed but never resolved! I never had the free WiFi advertised and went over my data! Not even compensated for my inconvenience and I was there two weeks!

Watch your credit card. They charge little amounts thinking it won't be disputed. 3.23 for what? I also elected to pay at the property but they charge my card the morning of. Not happy but the hotel was decent

Someone somewhere cancelled my reservation and I was stuck getting another room in another hotel for 3X the cost. Will never ouse expedia again.

Walking into the room. The room smelled like chlorine or something like that. The bedsheets had a blood stain. The tv did not work and the fan was super loud in the bathroom.

Just needed a bed and a shower, and that's exactly what we got. No microwave, no frig, tight bathroom, no breakfast. But hotel has great location and was full.

Stay away from this place it’s not maintained well. Smells like piss everywhere, garbage overflows in garbage cans. Room was cleanish, microwave is crap, have to use the one by the ice, that’s on the first floor. Bucket for ice isn’t insulated so it melts fast. Ironing board is not stable enough to use. Room keys go out often so you spend time daily fixing that. Staff that doesn’t know what’s going on or they are new and give out bad information. Guess you get what you pay for.

The housekeeper only comes once a week depending on what floor you are in. There was a male staff member who was very snarky, and they claim to be a smoke-free hotel while the entire place smells like smoke. And they charge my card twice and called for a refund and they still didn’t do it after they promised they would. I had to fill out a claim via my bank. My first and last time at Red Roof Inn

The night that we arrived, the Front Desk the person that had to let us in our rooms as they were unable to make keys as we walked to our room. There were several people outside our door smoking, talking very loud the room I do have to say was OK it was clean. The next morning I went down to get room keys. There was a sign saying I’ll be back in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later. Someone shows up at the front desk. There was like five people waiting felt very very unsafe with the whole situation will not be back. Definitely will not be back.
