Hotel Arista

Always a pleasure to stay at the Arista when in town for business. Great rooms and the staff is always accommodating.

Excellent hotel and highly recommended. Spotless and the best suites around.

Location had quiet surroundings. The hotel and room inside had a pleasant, fresh smell. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of space. The bathroom felt luxurious, with spa-like toiletry scents and a soaking tub. The bed was very comfortable too! We will stay here anytime we’re in Naperville!

What a difference a year makes! Last year we stayed at this hotel for my husband's birthday. It was wonderful, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The corner room with windows on two sides was very nice. This year, I booked the same corner room for his birthday, but we were given a room with window on only one side and with the view of gravel and airducts. The front desk staff claimed they changed their computer system and lost the record of our room from last year. They did move us to another room away from the airducts. Throughout our three nights stay, the front desk staff were very unfriendly. Other staff; restaurant, cleaning and coffee shop, were pleasant and professional.

Beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Great coffee! The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. We will definitely be back.

Superb

The suite was very spacious with a great setup. Someone could be in the family room area and not disturbing someone in the bedroom. The bathroom was beautiful, and all the drawers were great for keeping things off the counter or tucking clothes away. The attached restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend.

Convenient location with spacious rooms and an excellent adjoining restaurant. Friendly staff.

I love this property after talking to Kelly the manager when I first got there and arrive at night I didn't feel welcoming actually I felt uncomfortable because it seemed like they were frowning upon the fact that I used Expedia to book mine my reservation but once speaking to Kelly the next day and letting her know how I felt and the room that I got I wasn't happy with it wasn't the experience that I was looking for me and my husband she fixed it and she apologized and she said she in fact knew Expedia Two when her and her family traveled so that really made me feel good.

location and comfortable the lights in room didnt have light bulbs. the bathroom sink faucet was not secure so moved all over. the TV was burnt out. to be fair they are replacing tvs they just didnt replace mine

Top notch service with a smile from all staff members. Breakfast was a treat rather than going out. Looking forward to my next visit.

The staff at the front desk were kind and accommodating. I am well versed having both worked in the hotel industry and stayed in many high end properties. This hotel is a gem. Very wonderful for the price. I would gladly stay again if the need arises.

The area was nice and quiet. Very clean. Nice coffee shop next to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are near by.
