Room was clean enough and beds were okay There was no pool, though it had been pictured in the listing.

Nothing Rooms breakfast

Room was clean and it was very centrally located. Right by a walmart and target and not on a busy street so wasn’t hard to get into the hotel at the end of the night. I also liked the side door we could use instead of the main because we were often coming back late The hotel definitely had a smell but eventually got used to it. There were constantly people outside that we found to be uncomfortable by and a tad suspicious but we were never bothered. The breakfast is not good, cereal and waffles thats it.

The pool was out of service. And they didn’t clean the room every day

The lobby and halls smell good and for the hotel being old, it’s had some improvements. The first room had a broken/missing second lock on the door. We were switched to a different room. That second room had an uncovered bathroom light that also had the vent uncovered. We just didn’t use the vent because was loud and vibrated making the whole bathroom feeling like it was shaking. There were some pretty bad stains on the carpet by the sink. We just put a towel down to avoid seeing it. The mini fridge and microwave worked. Like any hotel fridge, the “freezer” section is not like a home freezer. Just plan accordingly. The first night there the fire alarm went at 5am! It was false. Then an hour later it went off again. This time it was shut off quickly but I guess was tested multiple times. So no going back to sleep then. And no communication at least posted at the front desk about what happened. Breakfast options are light, no eggs/meat. The a/c works good, bed and pillows are comfortable. Water pressure is great in the shower. Location is great and price is nice to the pocketbook.

The staff was super helpful during the stay.

Olor a cigarro terrible, cuando supuestamente eran habitaciones libres de cigarrillos, pedimos hablar con el manager y nos lo negaron, pedimos una habitación diferente y dijeron que no había más, después en la madrugada el dolor de cabeza debido al olor era terrible, fuimos a quejarnos y nos dijeron que podíamos movernos de habitación, no que no había? Querían que alas 3 de la mañana moviéramos todo a otra habitación, que no podíamos solo irnos a dormir y ya. Aunque dijimos que en la mañana sacábamos nuestras cosas, no nos lo permitieron.

The smell in the room awful switch rooms next day and the air conditioner was broken and so they put me back in the smelly room

Facility was adequate. Carpets were filthy. Men hanging around parking lot.
