Very noisy room facing the freeway. Had a domestic dispute in the room next door and called the desk bc it sounded scary. Not sure the desk responded. Couldn’t wait to leave.

The hotel smells very nice as soon as you walk in. The staff is friendly and helpful. The seating area could be a little cleaner. The cushions were dirty so not very inviting for you to want to sit.

The only downside I’d say is if you’re a light sleeper, it’s right off the highway so there is road noise. It didn’t bother me. I’d definitely stay again.

The whole experience was awesome. Especially the lady at the front desk was incredible. And the next day she saw us she said I hope your air-conditioning at home is getting fixed. We lived in Austin and our AC went out. That was great she remembered about our situation. so it was a awesomely clean room. And the staff was very helpful. We did not partake in the breakfast or the bar. Overall, an A+ experience thank you very much.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The lobby smells good and entertaining. The staff and housekeepers are friendly We arrived in the city early, our room wasn’t ready. We went out to lunch and came back, room was ready.
