Great location. Easy access to almost anything to Austin. Clean rooms and fun little lounge and bar area.

Was charged $112 to my room for food/drinks that I did not purchase. The management has stated they will credit the charges, but I feel this should not have happened and there is no verification system in place to ensure the correct room is being charged for purchases at the bar area.

Always my number once choice when I stay in Austin. Close to downtown but away from all the business.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean - the carpets were stained and definitely need a deep clean but overall the room was pretty clean. We booked a king room and that was confirmed at check in, however it was a queen. Did not matter much to us but if that does matter than just be aware.

We were able to bring our dog for our stay and it made our lives so much easier! Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the bartender!

I booked two rooms and one of the rooms was extremely hot. I notified staff they checked it out, realized something was wrong and moved us to a different room with working AC. No complaints!
