Great location. The bed was good. This was a property under renovation. I trusted the name Wyndham but it was not up to Wyndam's name although with a bit more work it might qualify. The bathroom door was severely damaged. one of the bath tub fixtures was was usable but was technically broken. There was no carpet which was plus. The office style chair was in bad need of replacement. It had a small fridge which worked fine and was clean. They advertise breakfast but all they offered for breakfast was coffee and a two-pack of small low quality sweet-muffins. I wasn't expecting much but some people would probably not be happy. The entire city of Austin has a 19% hotel tax which is outrageous.

N/a When I went into room The bathroom Toilet was plugged. Water brown. Sink was plugged No housekeeping to fix. So with plunger in hang I fixed both and sanitized Will not be staying here…No more. Bed uncomfortable also

cheap run down the property instead oand out. breaker was muffins non cafiene coffe. also kinda sketchy how these people would walk around and some smoked drugs outside of the stairs and others would walk the dog that wants to attack no trIng.

I like the fact that I wasn't rushed to check out. I know that check out is at 11, some places they come to your room at 9 to let you know to check out. which is kind of inconvenient if you're trying to sleep late. People love to go in and out of their rooms and slam their doors. My neighbors did that all night but that can't be controlled.

Bad

We had exposed electrical from a missing lamp. The outlet was next to it and the hot wire touched frame and sparked. Had them switch our room. Based on the stains on the walls and doors, I believe these are mainly used for long-term living.
