Just the humidity

We found a room where the air conditioner worked on her third move. And in that room, the toilet was very close to backing up.
-
The elevator creaked a bit. But my room was non-smoking as I requested! :)
-
poor service, AC was broken, check in issues with billing

The pictures for this place made me think that I was getting a higher-quality room; I was immediately dissuaded from that thought. There were holes in the walls, stuff was falling off the walls, there was no closet space, just a dinky shelf with a pole that was coming off the wall and was about 3ft tall. When I checked in, the front desk attendant wasn't even there and didn't show up for several minutes until I had to loudly say, "Hello?" He wasn't even near the desk. I didn't know about the incident fee beforehand. I thought I had paid that online, so when I questioned him about it, he got short with me. After driving 7 hours, that was not how I needed to be welcomed. The walls of the rooms are incredibly thin; you can hear everything, so I would recommend bringing a sound machine if you want to sleep through the night without being woken up by someone else. Breakfast ends at 9 am, which is nice for people who work, but I was on vacation, so I missed it every morning. One late night/early morning, I got a knock at my door that I thought might be housekeeping even though I had placed the sign on the door, so I got up to answer it, and before I could, someone was opening it. It happened to be a different front desk lady and some random drunk guy. I guess he thought my room was his and she was letting him in? Aren't there procedures in place to check for this at the desk before disturbing guests? No id check or computer check first? I won't be staying here again.

Please don’t stay here if you like sleeping in cold rooms it was so hot we had to leave
-
Stayed here two nights. The first room I was in water would shoot out of the side of the toilet anytime it was flushed. The second night I woke up sweating because the AC was broke and not running. Parking is a rip off. Spent $35 to park here for 2 days. Didn’t try the breakfast because it was extra $$$. Next time I’m in the area I’d go to a different hotel.

Worst experience ever. Cars were broken into and AC was not working.
-
A lot of stores around.

Excellent

This might be dramatic but I think it’s really stupid to pay for parking at a hotel that you’re already paying to stay at. If parking needs to be paid it should be included in the hotel cost or at least warned. I planned to pay what the booking said and was shocked to find out I had to pay an extra $30 just to park my own car in an open, unprotected parking lot. If you’re planning to stay here please know they had me pay $15 per night for parking.

Front receptionist was Amazing. She was so cheerful and quickly checked us in.
-
Hotel is pretty run down. AC units break often or don’t cool below 75 degrees. The people are friendly, but the hotel is just in bad shape.
-
Nice hotel for short stay.

This hotel was a perfect distance to my sons’ apartment, and it would be perfect if they didn’t charge $15/ day for parking. The place needs new TV’s as well, which they are working on, but the staff and service was excellent!

Nice, Quiet off Substantial Neighborhood. Use Maps to find. Be Patient. Well Worth it
-
Alexis was amazing customer service was amazing me and my man had a wonderful time

Location was off the highway but almost hidden in a neighborhood. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The toilet could have been just a little cleaner but other than that everything was great. Could use some lighting that wasn't so bright but I just turned on the bathroom one when I needed that.

The area. I don’t believe the air conditioner was working but the fan was. I didn’t like paying for parking or breakfast. We ate out.
