A nice clean hotel with friendly worker ship

We got there a little earlier than check-in time, and although the room was ready, they would charge $25 to check-in one hour early. That seemed rude.

Poorly maintained, dirty property.

Best shower EVER!!! I'm 6 ft 2 and to be able to take a shower standing up is a big deal to me. No leaks, hot, and above my head. Thank you!

Location, staff accessible, helpful A/c made constant rattle. bath light had constant flicker, never changed by staff, ice bucket water never emptied. Breakfast eggs pretty weak

Wences is awesome! Give that man a raise! Coin operated laundry in the year 2026? Everything is now IOT, it's very easy to upgrade to a payment method people actually use.

The front desk staff, particularly the woman who worked the morning shift, were absolutely incredible. The breakfast selection was more extensive than many comparable hotels (the cinnamon waffle batter was extra delicious). If I had any issue at all, it was a constant high-pitched whine made by the air conditioner unit was a bit frustrating. However I mentioned it to management who assured me they would have maitenance look into it. I do wish the room rates were lower but again, they were comparable to similar lodgings. Oh! And I was very impressed with the option to use the Hilton App on my phone to unlock my room and even outside doors. It was great not having to worry about having my key accessible at all times.

Good place to stay. Only bummer is no where to eat in this neighborhood

Loved the coffee and cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was great as well! Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful!

extremely disappointed in the fact I was not advised of an additional parking charge when booking this reservation thru Expedia. This additional charge should have been noted in the taxes and services up front for total charges when booking at this hotel. I will strongly reconsider it I want to use this site and the hotel on future stays for business and vacations moving forward. A very unhappy customer.

Everything was very good

I have requested a refund as i was unable to take room without my debit card even though I had prepaid with apple pay.

Nice clean hotel in a convenient location. Nice staff and fair price for a room on a weekend. The only disappointing variable was the cheap bed and bouncy mattress. I slept okay on it, but my wife certainly did not.

Everything was fine for our two day stay. Rooms and facilities were very clean, but I was very very annoyed that we were charged three dollars a day to park in an uncovered, and secured parking lot. I have never had to pay parking in a suburban chain hotel like this. What next? A charge for the key card or ice?

Staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The facility was spotless. The location made it easy to travel to my business site.
