I wanted to give this place 5 stars but I just couldn’t. The staff was superb! They were very helpful, personable and just seemed happy to be there. The room was very clean and comfortable but just a little on the older side. The a/c worked great. Parking was convenient. Location was right off the freeway. My only real complaint is the breakfast was NOT good. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, muffins were all decent but do yourself a favor and skip the chorizo sausage patty and fake eggs. I would definitely stay here again but I would skip the breakfast.

Everything was as expected with the Hampton Inn, except for the three dollars a day parking fee, which has never happened to me in all the years. I’ve stated Hampton Inn. I really don’t think you should start doing this.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and the whole hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. One elevator was out of service for the 3 days I was there. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable.

Gabi at the front desk is a gem! She was so attentive and helpful. Every time we came through the lobby, her perky smile and warm greetings made us feel like we'd come home!

But overall a decent stay. I do wonder if the quality of Hampton Inns in general is slipping. It used to be my reliable go -to, but recently the ones I’ve stayed in have been more on the grungy side. It’s a shame because the price point is increasing.
