Hyatt House Austin/Arboretum

Too noisy and pillows could use upgrading.

The hotel was not the most up to date, but the stay had a great kitchen, work area, couch, and sleeping area that made my week's stay comfortable.

Nice location had everything need for the stay.

I was extremely disappointed at the condition of the room. Also, I had to run the shower 15-20 minutes before the water got hot.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It has a small kitchenette including a medium size refrigerator two stove top burners and a couch for relaxing to watch t.v. as if sitting in your living room. It is like a tiny home away from home. I love staying here while in Austin.

The hotel was okay - lots of lighting in the room did not work and electrical plugs too. The carpet was dirty. Not what I would expect from a "Hyatt" brand.

While the staff was very attentive and nice, the hotel itself is showing it's age and is just being covered with paint. There was excess dust on the bathroom vent and mold in the bathroom, dust on the ceilings above the vents, and the breakfast was lacking and wasnt hot all week. Again, very friendly staff.

Very clean! Enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again when I return next April!

Good place, needs a little updating but it was just a little worn out. Everyone that worked there was awesome.

Some of the furnishings are showing their age. The blinds in the bedrooms are off track, not functioning properly and somewhat tattered. The room was very clean and staff quite pleasant. I'd definitely stay there again and recommend.
