I want to the staff was amazing. I will definitely book again

The shower sucks, it kept blowing out hot water. It was not blowing out cold water whatsoever. They closed the gates around 1 AM and I could not figure out where to enter. I also am not sure why the incidental fee was charged on my account and still has. not been credited back The shower, check in took so long.

- Shower did not work so ended up having to move anyway.

Location related to place I was going Left for not even an hour to get food when we came back the room was completely flooded so they moved us next door and the water came through the walls again. They moved us upstairs next and then nothing worked in that room. Several lights were out the tv didn’t work the ac didn’t blow cold and the room itself was filthy. The “breakfast” was just plain white toast in cling wrap, or stale cereal, or waffles with no syrup or butter or anything. Worst hotel we’ve ever been to! Staff was also very rude and acted like the flooding was our faults when we hadn’t even used anything in the room. Just set suitcases down and walked out. They also tried to not move us or do anything about the inch deep of water all over our entire floor.

Clean room

It was in a rougher part of town (altho not dangerous). People partying in the parking lot at night.

Price, employee friendliness TV didn’t work, lots of people panhandling at red light next to it

Very clean and quite N/a

The staff was great They said I had a renovated room and it was not renovated. The curtains were torn. Big crack at the bottom of the door so all the air was going out the door.

Eric the manager was amazing, as well as the security guard. Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is dated but clean. Right next to a an also very good Mexican restaurant. It’s Austin so a lot of homeless in the area.

Location My wife is in her wheelchair and I wanted to bring some breakfast to the room and they told me it would be $20 extra.

Booked the room for my brother who was having surgery. He needed to stay an additional night. The Staff was very helpful, and was able to do everything over the phone.

Great front desk people. Good food. My room was inside and I felt really safe

Centrally located. Close to S congress- minutes from downtown…

Convenient to freeway exit. Older building. New wood floors handicap accessible room. Small bathroom.
