No tenían la alberca lista , estaba toda sucia

As I walked inside the hotel everything was fine until I walked in the hallways and the elevator which was hot and humid. When I walked into my room I noticed that one of the handles of the restroom door was missing. In addition the toilet made a loud bang noise as it is flushed and the water pressure of the shower head was off and not to the best ability. I have always stayed in quinta hotels and my experience is always phenomenal until I arrived to this location.

The front desk staff were not particularly friendly and seemed to wish they were anywhere else but there. Didn't see them after check-in so no biggie. Would definitely stay here again for the right price.

Near Domain

The staff is not very friendly, the pool was closed, it’s the middle of summer! Ran out of eggs at breakfast, took around an hour to re supply.

Hotel location was perfect for someone who wants to be close to Domain area, walking distance. Unfortunately the pool was out of order, disappointed because I picked the hotel for the location and the pool, the kids were disappointed too. Breakfast area was a bit messy and not refilled properly before the closing time. Some were empty since 9AM (weekend close at 10) and the staff only came twice to check.

Hotel razoável, limpo e bem localizado. Ponto ruim, academia sem janelas e sem ar condicionado. Impossível treinar lá. Reclamamos e a recepcionista simplesmente disse que não vão arrumar. Aliás são grossas, mal educadas e sem a menor vontade de ajudar (período da manhã). Outra observação, muitos Indianos.. daria nota 6.

Bathroom is outdated and toilet sprays you when flushing. Very small TV. Loud AC. Had to get a new key card every day because they stopped working. Hotel didn’t recognize Expedia booking and it took quite a while to get checked in. Breakfast was good. Parking was good.

We stayed for five nights and it was a very pleasant stay. My son loved the breakfast every morning. Everything was clean and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Our room (106) smelled really moldy. The bathroom needed some repairs and the door didn’t close all the way plus the door was filthy. The front desk girl with long brown hair was very cold and unwelcoming. I stood at the front desk for a while before she acknowledged me.

En general casi todo estaba bien. Solo el cuarto olía a humedad. Los pasillos también tenían cierto olor desagradable. Todo lo demás estaba bien. El desayuno fue bueno.

The breakfast was good. Clean room and the amenities were amazing. Overall, I liked my stay

The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the pool area was nice and relaxing, and the location was perfect to The Domain with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Poca variedad en el desayuno.

Being that the hotel is located beside the Domain I was thinking that it would be more maintained. You get the feel when you enter that this is more of a long term stay for most people. The rooms are clean but had a mildew smell when you open the door. It was reasonably priced but I now understand why it was priced so well. It needs a facelift!

Nice clean room. Good breakfast, free parking and nice accommodating staff. We also like the close proximity to the Domain.

Pool was not working , and looks like it was so for sometime .. please see it get repaired rest was good

The bathroom was really bad.

Enjoyed the staff, stay, and breakfast! Definitely will stay here again when I'm in the area in the future.
