Breakfast was served in cardboard boxes. I expect breakfast to be served with plates and silverware.

At breakfast they allowed me to take an extra coffee for my visitor. Very generous. That gesture alone made my day, take care and I will be sure to come back.

Nice hotel in a good location. Not much for a pool, but adequate. Staff was very friendly. Quiet, good restaurants and shopping nearby. Good weekend stay.

Best experience at a hotel in a very long time! From the minute we arrived, being greeted by so many friendly staff members, to our clean, quiet room overlooking the pool, to a very nice bar and great restaurant, everything was fantastic! We will definitely be returning to stay at The Westin at The Domain in Austin again soon!

The location is great since it was right in the Domain. Can walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the room was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was great.

Enjoyed my stay at this Weston location. A lot of amenities and activities to do.

The only criticism would be the A/C was difficult to control (but that may be operator error?!) and the pillows were too poofy (specific to me)! Otherwise, a great value and nice place!

We had a very short trip, but everything was great for what we needed. Only thing is parking might be an issue because it’s shared with the mall and I was unaware. Other than that I would stay again.

Staff was great! Breakfast was well priced and food was excellent. Westin always has the best clean rooms and the bedding is to die for.

The most excellent service I have ever experienced! Extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Smoothest check-in ever. Very clean and well maintained. Food and drinks at bar were delicious and pool and hot tub were great with amazing service there as well!
