The place was clean but there was mold present. They moved us to a lower floor and that was better. Staff was excellent in how they handle it.

Room had a strange smell and there were a couple of dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom. Better dead than alive but still.

First room had a non working A/C but the front desk moved me to one that was working. Forcing you to sign up for a loyalty program to have access to wifi is not helpful.

It was a good location, clean and the evening desk clerk was very professional. Our water in the bathtub broke and I was not able to take a bath. I reported it to the morning desk clerk and she could care less. I reported it to the general manager and although it states they will “try to make it right” they didn’t offer to make it right at all.

Close to my son's home. Good air conditioning... nice breakfast and the kitchen servers were kind and friendly. As I walked around the building there was a dead squirrel near the dog wast container; I told the desk twice but it remained there all 5 days!
