Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin NW near The Domain

Our 2nd time to stay here for a girls weekend. Gives us room to spread out a bit, and we love the convenient and quiet location.

We loved it the way was good

Decent stay, but the breakfast was a disappointment. The protein (eggs, bacon and sausages) were terrible. So were the waffles and coffee. If you eat fruit and cereal, you should be fine. No option for plain yogurts only sugary ones. Pastries were decent.

Parking Fee signage was a surprise when arriving on the property. Difficult time getting WIFI to register vehicle so needed help from staff. Turns out parking was free, but 1st staff member said fee was $9.95 a day. Suite was really nice and clean! Great location!

My travel often includes my senior mom thus I appreciate ADA compliant parking and accessible ramps. Only concern maybe the dates sofa; all neat but a fresh sofa is about due. Parking cost is very reasonable when compared to other locations. Great location and amenities.

Room space is large but AC fan is too loud and blow directly to your head when you sleep (bad design). Breakfast is good,

This hotel was very clean, comfortable bed, spacious room and staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth staying here and will again in the future.

It was a nice hotel and very spacious for a family of 6. The only small drawback would be that I showed up a little before check-in and my room wasn't ready. I had to wait 20 minutes more for my room, which I think it was an inconvenience at the moment for us because we had just drove for a couple of hours and we were tired and ready to rest. The staff was friendly and everything was nice.

The hotel room was clean and well kept! Very spacious for couples, and the free breakfast was awesome! Something new every day. Staff were all very friendly! I just wish the shower head was detachable and the pillows were more firm. Overall incredible stay and would recommend this hotel for peace and quiet! Great location.

Didn't enjoy room 316, the a/c was very loud and the vent had the air blowing directly on the bed. The bed which was also very uncomfortable needs a new mattress!

Exceptional value.

The location was great and quiet. The rooms were comfortable..the only thing was I asked 2 different front desk agents for extra bath towels and was told I would get them sent up and never got them after a 2 1/2 day stay.

I just really like this place. It might be far from certain things, but I really enjoyed it.

And 8am maintenance was very noisy no one should have a room next to maintenance. A lot of loud banging don’t know what the hell was going on in there..

Breakfast good and staff helpful

The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was really good! Pool area was nice and clean as well. Room was a good size. The only small issue(not that big of a deal but just an inconvenience) was that there are no ice machines. So you have to go to the front desk and ask for ice and they get it from the kitchen. Also the "fitness center" was very small. Only big enough for like 3 cardio machines that were very close together and a weight rack with minimal room. But I just ended up getting a free pass at a local gym close by. Other than that it was a great stay and id book again!

Great staff, the best customer service in the last 8 years.
