It Was great

The staff was very helpful and everything seemed well maintained.

As usual, the beds were quite comfortable, the elevators were operating, and the breakfast was very good. The biggest negative for this trip was an unannounced parking charge. At no time was the amount disclosed, just that other lodging in the area began charging, so management decreed that Hampton would also charge.

Thank you to the staff for sure this is one of the places I recommend.

Nice location, very clean and friendly staff

The ac unit in our room would never cool. We were sweating all night long so it made for a terrible nights rest. We noticed they had other window units removed from some of the other rooms and were working on them so clearly there’s an issue.

I had a bed with a weird bump in it. It was not uncomfortable for me but it would have been for two people. Everything else was awesome.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I brought my sister to a concert in Austin and decided to stay here a 2nd time. The staff is very kind, the breakfast was hot and fresh, and rooms were clean. I also like that I felt safe parking at this hotel and it was free.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious. The FIFA world cup decor was a nice touch in the lobby The staff are amazingly friendly!

Housekeeping was only provided every other day, resulting in accumulated trash and delayed replenishment of basic amenities. The hotel also showed signs of poor maintenance, including squeaky doors, damaged moldings, and ill-fitting room doors that slammed loudly throughout the night. Although our organization reserved a room block for conference attendees, our team was scattered across different floors and areas of the hotel rather than being housed near one another.

i like this place because of the convenience and nice staff, and the good price. i'm not sure what happened, but the first room i checked into had a terrible musty smell. normally i will accept some amount of mustiness, but this was unbearable. i asked for a different room, they very nicely gave me a new room. this room had a terrible, over-the-top smell of some sort of deodorizer (carpet?). tawdry smell, like cheap motel to cover up something. i didn't complain because i didn't want to over-complain. but sadly, i will not come back. i might try the place again in a year.
