Woodspring Suites Austin Central

We knew the bed was going to be a disappointment the moment we walked in to the room. I only slept 2 hrs due to the bed being so uncomfortable and the pillow were so flat. We didn't stay the 2 nights reserved. We checked out early in the morning.

I was not fond of this place. Location is terrible. Staff was not friendly at all. Rooms dont come equipped with irons nor iron tables, and when i stayed there, my room was missing shower curtains.

Good location and clean. We had to ask for a shower curtain.

The staff was very helpful, and they made me feel welcome. I was very hopeful to have a good stay, but getting to my room the room was dirty, the sink was clogged, the hallway smelled like weed. It felt very unsafe all around. Never staying here again! I had to get a different hotel.

Hallways smelled horrible and front desk was very inconsiderate to my needs.

Room had a foul odor to it that I had to clean it and buy air freshener for it myself. Housekeeping does not come to your room at all to change or clean anything. However management and the front desk were super helpful with everything

TVs were down so for the entire night I couldn’t watch anything. The bathroom doo wouldn’t shut at all so the room was humid even more than it already was

Clean room and facilities. Great cool air conditioning not only in the room but in the building throughout. Although I didnt use the microwave, fridge or electrical stove but I appreciate the added amenities. Great value, will definitely return when in the Austin area again.
