The manager Norma is rude and this front desk associate Leslie needs to be fired! I have had two interactions with Leslie and both have been very volatile with her being the aggressor! Apparently she is related to the head housekeeper, who was also very rude! I will be making an official complaint and I hope future visitors can avoid these nuisances at all costs! The only reason why I am here is because I’m waiting on my house to get finished and my dogs are settled. Otherwise, I would move on.

I love that there was a kitchen in the room that was amazing.

Wasn’t even allowed to check in because they never responded to my reservation. Staff was useless as well. Lots of homeless around the property.

The rooms are spacious with kitchenettes and refrigerators. The onsite gym is nice too. The facility seemed really clean. Staff were all nice. No plates, utensils, or cookware available. Bit of a cigarette smell in the restroom of the room I got.

I will be staying here again!!! There is plenty to do around the area!!! No pool but everything else was perfect

The woman at the front desk could not have been more rude and unprofessional. I left, and Expedia called her and informed me that they had an equally unpleasant experience, so they refunded my money and gave me a gift credit to make up for my bad experience.

The location was perfect for our needs, the accommodations just right. To a person, the staff was excellent, but most especially Louann. I would recommend Uptown Suites to anyone.

There are HUGE cockroaches in my room AND no one has cleaned it in the two weeks that I’ve been here. Cockroaches Missed cleanings even though I wasn’t there to deny the services.
