Extended Stay America Suites Austin North Central

The room that I was in (122) was disgusting. It wasn’t cleaned, there was hair everywhere, the lights in the room didn’t work (the lamp) it was so dark I had to use the flashlight from my cell phone, the bathtub had hair in it, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, the refrigerator was so nasty, it needs to be thrown away. It was filthy, it didn’t get cold and its mold all on it, as well as mold in the room. The property advised that its nonsmoking, but the entire building smelled of smoke and my room was smoky. It was so nasty I had to go to the store to get Clorox wipes and Lysol to clean when it should have already been cleaned. And the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I wouldn’t want my worse enemy to stay at this property.

This is not a quality place to stay. I highly recommend it be removed from your site. The first room, the toilet didnt flush and didn't have a desk chair, smelled of smoke. I asked for a different room. There were trash cans in the hallway on very stained carpet. The second room was filthy, the desk chair had stains all over it. The bed base was stained, the curtains didn't close, I had to use a rubberband to hold them together. no hangers, tub missing hardware, no bars to hang towels, no plug in sink, discarded figures, light covers under the sink, I did not feel safe staying there and had to find other arrangements. Comfortable bed. Maintenance was poor. Shower head leaked. Most annoying was the traffice noise as the front of the hotel sits right on I-35.
