Came down for breakfast at about 9am to find that everything was gone notified the staff was was waited at least a half an hour before leaving don’t know if they restocked the food. Don’t you account for the number of guests booked with the amount of food prepared? Friendly staff

The property was very nice and clean. The lady who checked me in at the front desk was super nice and friendly. My only concern was the location and amount of homeless people in the neighborhood. I was a little concerned about leaving my car in the parking lot over night.

The whole place was smelling immediately I stepped into the entrance. The front desk area was very dirty.. The elevator area was extremely dirty with wet floor, and also water on the floor inside the elevator. The whole vicinity smells. I couldn't cope

The staff was friendly I get there and they said my room is ready and it's on the 4th floor and the elevators didn't work. So, I would need to take the stairs but if I wait half hour, I can get a room on the 2nd floor. Still have to take stair and I had a lot of luggages. I even asks if I could use the restroom and they said that was out of order as well. I cancel my reservation and went to the Hilton Garden Inn instead and I called to make sure there elevators work.

Room was consistently damp, air conditioner temp settings did not operate as intended. Set at 73 conditioner would lower room temp to 68.

I was charge twice over deposit. I was charged 109.95 twice. Now I have to wait to the 7 business days for my reimbursement.
