I want my money back. There was no Internet nor TV due to the internet being down. Also I had no key to the door. So they had to open it every time I left. Also they made me wait awhile to check in.

The room seemed to be clean but live roaches were seen on the desk when I was working and in the bed when I was laying down. The front desk was notified.

Quiet That no one told us the roads where closed to the only entrance.

A very clean hotel. They always serve delicious and fresh breakfast.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very musty. I had to switch rooms several times to find one that didn’t smell. It seems like the hotel has a concerning mold problem.
