I want to thank larii and mr frank who help me and my husband deal with a huge issue that had me in tears and hurt. They both went above and beyond for us and also the young man that works the front desk most of the time. I dont remember his name but he is a young black man. All three showed me why I want to keep coming back.

Air conditioning worked great The hotel was over booked, just so happen to find one room that was showing it wasn’t. occupied, gave me a room key to a room that was occupied, guests were not happy I opened the door on them and their dog. Got the key to another room. Room smelt like smoke, I don’t smoke so I found it to be aggravating. Trash and dirt behind the night stand, under the beds. Should have got my money back, but we were extremely tired from the drive there after we got off work in Orange , Tx. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Only the staff was nuce The bathroom did not have no type towels for me so I had to legitimately use my own. The bed had so much hair in it as well as so many different burn stains as well as so many different black sayings throughout the entire bed as well that is on the mattress. The lights in the room some of them did not work properly as well as the key kept having multiple problems

No pude quedarme ahi

They had no towels, no blankets. There were cockroaches on the floor when I walked in.

The location Well I guess the front desk lady quit in the middle of her shift. People everywhere locked out of there rooms lots of drama. They said we hadn't paid for our room tried to kick us out threatened to call the cops on us. It was a whole lot of unnecessary stress. The only reason I keep coming back to this location is cause of the location and they dont charge a deposit and they r pet friendly and don't give me a hard time about my pets.

The girl at the front desk was nice but very un professional. I checked in, but checked out in less than an hour.
