Motel 6 Austin, TX - North

This motel 6 is doing a complete turn around assuming motel 6 has join Budget inn & Austin motor inn. The staff was very helpful and understanding to me because my situation was a little bit complicated seeing how I got paid. Day would come when my check hadn’t come like it should the staff always worked with me and allowed me to stay. But don’t get it twisted the only reason of them working with me is because I’ve always paid, follow the rules of the property and didn’t have no extra stuff going on. I work a job and they knew it and had plenty of proof that I don’t do no lying. I’ll always go and stay at motel 6 north. They getting rid of all nonsense and trouble makers, no more trash around the property and on top of the business.

The owners/ managers are horrible. I paid with a digital card, and because I only had a digital card and couldn't present a physical card, she wouldn't let me check in. I paid for a night and I didn't even get to stay there. I've been here before as well. Only rooms available, for a reason. Mold, mildew and bugs in the rooms with HORRIBLE SMELLS! The main lady, the one with tattoos on her fingers, literally wouldn't let me in on multiple occasions when I needed to check in at night. Won't go here again. I recommend health inspectors shut it down until they're up to American health code standards. Everything.

Nothing. I was charged 2x for the same njght and i have yet to be refunded. no breakfast and dirty rooms. tge towels smell funny and management is a joke.

That it was close to where I needed to be The door didn't close right the floor was sticky trash swept under the bed bathroom was just trash no towel or towelet paper rude house keeperes

Nothing There were no pillows in the room and it was difficult reaching the front desk, and when they answered the call, they asked us to come to the front desk and take the pillows.

I liked the hot shower, the A/C, the bed. There was mold and mildew on the shower curtain holder on the top of the shower. The top of the A/Unit was damaged but it blew cold. The property had trash and vehicle parts in the parking lot. All of the outside trash cans was over full with trash. They are worried about people smoking outside the rooms and picking up after their pets, but the whole property was trashed.

Overflowing trash bins The workers simply were not taking care of the property. Plenty health concerns from dog poop to Brown pool water along withtrash everywhere. Unsavory people hanging out smoking weed to whatever else Staff for the most part were not helpful. It was 2 people in my party but only one set of towels. When asked the front desk for towels,they said there were none. This Hotel needs to be reported to motel 6

Nothing. Our room was gross. The floor was sticky. Smelled like smoke. They charged us 2x for the same night. Roaches l more comfortable than we felt. Tgeir trying to keep my money.

When using the ac in some rooms it’s best to keep the bathroom door closed until the room is at the temp you like. The property has new general managers and they are really cleaning up the property and getting rid of those that cause any problems. The staff is always helpful but of course there a some u have to watch because they do too much. I clean my own room but the house will come more often now. The washers have been cleaned and wash well you must pay attention to the time because some will take your stuff out if they need said washer or dryer. It’s getting better liters by the day everything you need is in walking distance and nobody bothers you no matter what time of the day it is.

I was turned away at 10pm after a trip into a new city. I made the reservation online and was told when i arrived it was first come first serve and no room would be available that night. Then to make matters worse they still charged me a fee. I’m in the process of disputing. It was was a dump, the photos online are definitely catfish photos. Beware.
