Motel 6 Austin, TX - North

They had no towels, no blankets. There were cockroaches on the floor when I walked in.

The girl at the front desk was nice but very un professional. I checked in, but checked out in less than an hour.

The hotel didnt let me checkin at all. Noone to recieve the call noone on the front desk either

They have a new manager all the staff has left she expects the cleaning crew to clean the parking lot and now the trash is always overflowing. What staff if there are nice but you can see how stress it making everyone.

No towels, had to get another room because the door lock would not work

Um, thee absolute worst place you can stay. Most importantly it’s not safe random people knocking on the door all hrs of the day and NIGHT. The rooms are VERY Dirty there was ass crack print on the toilet seat dirty moldy shower curtain sticky floors with God knows what. And last but not least even if it’s a non smoking room it smells rancid. It’s pet friendly the staff is nice Enjoy your stay

I was surprised how safe I felt while being located close to a major highway. If you’re low maintenance and looking for a low-key base, choose Motel 6! The staff was friendly and made accommodations for my needs. The rooms were pristine. If I wasn’t moving to Austin, I would choose staying here again :) THANK YOU!

Property is quiet and well-maintained!

Is motel 6 on rundberg. I mean you get what you get and if you don't know you will know. But you should probably look it up first if you don't. And the ACs be struggling.

Gross. Just gross. The property, the room, the other guests. Eww.

That i had a friend who was from houston had checked into the same hotel. I felt more comfortable know I knew someone there. All the people wandering around the bugs in the room on the bed they actually had roaches in the room that I had to wait outside for 20 minutes before the over night staff person finally came out of where ever she was just to let me and the rest of the people that we're waiting to check in as well. Who ever the morning staff we're they were not friendly at all whatsoever. I needed my key to be rekeyed cause it was no longer opening my door the front desk lady had a smart remark saying she wasn't yawning and I should have stayed somewhere else if I didn't like it there. After I had jokingly said don't yawn cause I was sleepy too after I couldn't sleep due to the constant banging on the door all night cause someone would not open their door. The over night person didn't do much about him constantly banging she even seen that he was trying to get into that room with a metal crowbar and still didn't do nothing about it. He banged on that door from 1 am till like 6 or 7 am

Paint peeling on the ceiling, no blanket on bed. Only 1 towel, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel for 2 people. When asked for more only told no they gave none but would get back to us next day. No towels next day either. Needless to say we stayed 3 nights no new towels no maid service of any kind. 2 full garbage cans in room. Outside garbage cans all full and running over! Stairs sticky and filthy. As well as office check in. Floor dirty needed mopping! No recommendations from us. Except don't go. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Outside lighting was good Upon entering room, I noticed sheets stained. I went and talked to desk employee New sheets were sent up but it seemed she didn’t like me asking Real bad area. Outside of hotel looks run down

i booked rm 264, it was a single bedroom with one queen size bed and i paid extra for a fridge and microwave on the second floor, it was a nice size room and came with a tv, desk, chair and phone, the only thing is that one of the bed lights didn't work, and the shower was very little, it was a stand up shower, and did not have a bathtub, they serve coffee in the mornings which i didn't find out until the last day i checked out, the TV remote was very slow in finding the channels
