The TV barely worked, the staff is stuck to alot of strict rules and I have no clue when my deposit is going to be returned.

They shouldn't dictate when I need room service I work at night and they refuse to accommodate me on Housekeeping

liked free wifi and easy parking. even tho i prepaid I had to pay a $10 deposit to get the room key & remote. room was decent for price but was a tad outdated. Staff was friendly and had good response time but i overheard the receptionist tell a different guest that she could not provide more toilet paper for her room because the staff had no toilet paper! 6/10 overall.

Experience was awful. The room itself was dingy, swimming pool was dirty and the smell was horrendous. Stench of marijuana was evident in and around the complex. Will never be back

I was very unhappy only because I would pay $84 for a $40 room and the front desk person was the one trying to over charge me. She didnt like the way my wife and I was talking to each other so she called the police and of course my wife went to jail

Perfect location for an extension of Foundation Communities with Motel 6 G6 Corporate in mind. They never answer the phone…..92 VC LLC is buying the Budget Inn out. Awesome location and apart of APD 2nd Phase Homeless move efforts.

Clean rooms

AC worked and that's about the only good part. room smelled stale. broke down cars in the parking lot. Couldn't sleep thinking my vehicle was not secure. you have to leave a deposit for the remote, that should tell you how bad it was.

The workers! They have the ugliest attitudes , No customer services at all!! Visiting Hours are not honored! It clearly said 7am to 10 pm ! But they want to kick people out for having visitors over daring visitation hours! Then want to call people homeless cause they have a room there! When that same woman lives that the property! Smdh! They have selective seeing! Cause I don't understand how they don't see all the movement in the back? Or how they don't see how they same workers be out side there room door smoking weed! Same workers providing that property with drugs! How can't they see that!

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was easy to operate. The TV worked as it should. There was no refrigerator.

Surrounded by homeless and thebentrance is run down.

1/8 inch toilet paper in the room. No TV channels were available.
