This property look nothing like the web site. Lighting in parking lot was 4/10, I worried about vehicle all night. Lobby was dark, smelly and dirty. The pool had been emptied for months, possibly years, not a drop of water in site. The elevators were filthy and dark. Halls were filthy worn, smelly, dark. Room was smelly, dark, torn furniture. Slept on top of bedding w back pack as a pillow. Wanted to leave but it was non refundable purchase on Expedia and I had no extra funds for another hotel. I deserve a refund or a free vacation for staying here. Don’t know why they are able to call them selves a Wyndham hotel or even market in Expedia w false images of their establishment. So disappointing.

They charge for parking and the security deposit is non-refundable

I messaged them and then called them 5 times. My calls either didn’t go through or were random automated messages that made no sense. They messaged me back and they told me the police incident wasn’t about anything to do with their hotel guests but I still didn’t feel super safe so I asked if I could cancel and maybe get a refund. After that they ghosted me lol. I am not really mad that I didn’t get a refund but more that at the moment they weren’t getting my business any longer, they just kept my money and didn’t care to respond to me. I also messaged them now three times and still haven’t heard a thing. The holiday inn down a little ways is fire tho.

You have to pay for a parking per night per car. The pool has no water. The breakfast area is very nasty. The carpet is very old, nasty. It smells when you walk into the hotel! I do not recommend

La Quinta in Austin is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The grounds and surrounding areas are clean and tidy. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Austin—you won't be disappointed

They have a $5 per day fee for parking which is stupid, on top of that the shower had no pressure and the temperature was off, the AC was making loud noises thru the day which made it impossible to get a good sleep, and I just stayed for 1 night, I can't imagine if I was staying longer. Won't be returning, it used to be nice but this management has turned it terrible.

This Hotel charged me for parking.
-
Very bad stay, extremely dirty, smelly and our room had water damage and blood on stuff
-
Nothing about this place is even acceptable. Pay to park on a lot with homeless people. I want .my money back!
-
The room smells of urine and dampness, the toilet paper rolls had already been used, there was no housekeeping service during my 7-day stay, and the staff is friendly.
-
Cockroaches, broken tv remote control, smells of smoke and weed. The swimming pool doesn't work and the breakfast was disgusting. The announce free parking and it wasn't free at all. Not recommended!
-
Great location. Friendly staff.

I travel to Austin every 4-5 weeks on work/business trip. This is the worse hotel yet. Carpet is dirty need replace. Breakfast service is bad.
-
It was pretty beat down and breakfast was really bad
-
Pool had been out of service for a long time and they didn't even have the door to the outdoor pool area locked. It was a safety hazard. Ice machines on a few floors did not work. Only one elevator was in service and it struggled to get moving. Carpeting was filthy. The location was great, for us and the staff was great. The hotel definitely needed some work!!

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. We booked this hotel specifically for the breakfast which ended up being a huge disappointment. They served hard boiled eggs, Texas Pete hot sauce that wasn’t red; it was brown, along with oatmeal you could not cook because there was not any hot water. The pool was completely drained along with the hot tub. Completely disappointed in this hotel
