One elevator didn’t work. The one that did work was so loud that it kept waking me up. I wasn’t close enough for the noise to be that loud. There’s a $50. hold on a credit card. There’s also a parking fee. I should have read the info on the hotel better. It may not be the hotel’s fault, but there were people in the parking lot smoking some nasty smelling stuff.

It has enough flash/style to photograph well but fell short on a few details. Parking and breakfast not included. Parking $5/night - Breakfast $5-12. Of 2 elevators, 1 was out of service, The working one had scratches and graffiti on the wall and showed some wear. The rattling door did not instll confidence. There were stains on the carpet in the hall and near the sink in the room. The sink faucet was not secure. There was no soap in the shower. The TV had limited local channels with not great reception (no menu option on remote) . Other than that, it was fine for $80 but I've had better stays at Motel 6/ Las Quinta for less.

Good all around

I wasn't at the hotel much but when I was there I had to kill 5 roaches and the carpets had stains. when I booked it said free breakfast but when I arrived I was told that I had to pay to eat the breakfast. As far as the stay it was ok. I would not stay here again due to the cleanliness, rooms itself was ok. I would rather spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else.

No free breakfast and all the food that can be purchased onsite is heavily inflated by approximately 70% markup. No cups and no microwave in units. Tv reception was grainy and horrible. Only about 10 channels.

Room was not very clean. Pool was not maintained. Continental breakfast was changed from included to being asked to pay for it. Staff was helpful and courtious. Will not go back. Was not expecting anything fancy but was dissapointed by the lack of effort in the maintenance.

There was no hot water. We found a cockroach in our room. The light at the desk wasn’t working. Shower door was hard to open and close.

Carpet had bugs and they only gave me one half a roll of toilet paper. Shower had a lot of old hair in it. I stayed at this place twice and it was only because I checked I reserved them at the same time which was a mistake. Both rooms at each stay was exactly the same. I wouldn’t stay again but you get what you pay for.

This facility is way outdated. There's a certain smell of mildew as soon as you enter the room. The carpet looked like it haven't been cleaned in months or even years. The curtains in the rooms had holes all in them. There's a gap in the front door of the room as well as the joining door which led to my other issue. Bugs. Water bugs or flying roaches were crawling from the shower drain and the front door. Had to do a shake down prior to packing my bag so I wouldn't being anything back to Virginia. Addressed to the front desk and all they said was sorry. Cleanliness of the hotel is less to be desired. Sheets had stains on them, and when requested to change, front desk just stsred that there was no room service to tend to them. This lasted for the three days I stayed. It wasn't until it was time for me to checkout that room service actually showed up. Only one elevator worked since you couldn't get I've on the first floor. Plus plus the lock bolts on the doors seemed spotty like the just used loose screws to secure them. And good luck getting good TV reception with their outdated cable service and acient televisions. Only reason I selected this hotel was because it was right down the road from my mother's hospice facility. I DO NOT recommend staying here unless you have no other options.

Was good and nice staff. But it's okay for room.

I appreciated the elevator and pully for my bags, but the ice machine was broken, and I had to hop a few floors for ice. The pool had some wrappers and dead foliage in it, the pool area itself looked very run down and had a bit of trash around. The room I had was very dingy. The floor and other fabrics around the room had large stains and the room felt very muggy. The ironing board and mirror were broken as well. But the bed was comfortable and the staff seemed upbeat and helpful.

The staff attempted to charge for parking and the place was filthy , no free breakfast like what is advertised, I will never stay here again

Malísima limpieza y el desayuno horrible

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were nice. However, the carpet is pretty old, and every time I was on it I kept getting bitten by something all around my ankles. There was also an odd smell in the room, and the blackout curtains didn’t block much light, which isn’t ideal for someone sleeping during the day. The toilet seat was loose and kept coming off, but since I was only there to shower and sleep, it wasn’t worth having maintenance come in. The hotel is older and seems to have been renovated as well as it could be. I wouldn’t say it was awful because it wasn’t it just wasn’t a place I’d choose to book again.

No one was ever at the front desk! We had to wait 10 minutes every time we needed help. Only 1 of the elevators worked and it was very slow. The property is outdated. Breakfast is weird hours. I went down at 8:45am and it was already over. It was a cheap stay in a fine area. I would stay here again. Just know going in that it is outdated and you might need to wait a while every time you need help.

Room smelled musky and had stains all over carpet floor as well as the restroom. Beds were uncomfortable and couch had tears. There was no breakfast (probably due to limited staff) available only boiled eggs if lucky enough to get any. Parking was ok, sheets and towels were clean but overall this place needs a revamp. Staff was excellent and are clearly making the best with what is available.

Everything was ok. But the rooms smell like cigarette smoke. My stuff smelled like smoke even when I got home.
-
room smelled like someone hid a cigarette butt in it somewhere

This hotel needs some serious attention. It is very outdated! Carpeting/flooring looked filthy, the elevator felt like a death trap, the pool was not open, breakfast was blah, coffee was blah, etc. Our room did not have enough towels or toilet paper, no iron, the TV did not work, the A/C went out, the sheets were dingy. It was just awful. The lobby, and hallways, just very gloomy. They also need more staff and more housekeeping. This hotel is like the forgotten stepchild. I hate to write bad reviews, but this experience was just bad. Staff tried to help best they can, given the resources that they had. I'm not even complaining about the staff, just the hotel overall. Never again.
