By far the WORST hotel experience we have had as a family. First of all, the pictures are extremely deceiving, the hotel has a dirty exterior and looks like it is deteriorating. Directly in front of the hotel, there is an abandoned building with homeless bums inhabiting it. They were actively doing drugs without shame. In the actual room, there was a weird smell, the mirror had odd dark spots, the windows were DIRTY, and the bedsheets also. When we were checking out, knowing that the place was not safe for our family, the receptionist at the front desk was rude. He attempted to be slick and tell us that the “culture was different in the area.” He did not refund our money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

We are discussing a very serious invasion of privacy and potential unlawful surveillance. Finding a hidden camera inside a hotel room is not a minor inconvenience. It is an extremely serious safety and privacy matter, and I am requesting appropriate financial compensation

There’s a decent continental breakfast and the water dispenser in the lobby is always full. My husband and I each saw a roach in the bathroom of our room which grossed us out.

Elevator out of order. Rooms smell like they were smoking, one of the rooms has the smoke detector device covered and it looks like it wasn't cleaned properly. There are roaches in the room. Its a shame, the rooms are very spacious but poorly maintained.

As soon as we checked in there was a roach in the bathroom. Then noticed a beer can under bed that was not cleaned out before we checked in it seemed cleaners only made the bed but didn’t clean everything properly. Also found weird that the coffee machine is in the bathroom next to the toilet. Breakfast was alright. Parking was easy.
