Comfort Inn Near Vail Beaver Creek

There's pretty much no way one of the elevators passed inspection. We took the stairs to the 4th floor after it felt like it was going to give way, which was less than ideal. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan, so the ceiling looked like mold was forming. The beds were fine, though not particularly soft or comfortable. Overall I was not impressed.

I'm assuming Colorado has no accessibility laws. I couldn't get through any door using my mobility scooter without assistance.

When I arrived, I was waiting and waiting for someone to come check me in. When the girl finally came and started to check me in, she took a phone call. Instead of having that person wait on hold, she proceeded to walk them through logging in to the WiFi. The lobby is not on the same building as the hotel which was inconvenient. The rooms are desperate for an overhaul. The floors in the bathroom area are yucky and the wallpaper is peeling from the walls in the room. The amenities in the room seemed to have been used as the lotion was nearly empty. The breakfast was pathetic as well. My husband went down to breakfast an hour before it was over and there was no longer any sausage/bacon and there was only a half scoop of eggs left. It’s not replenished either in the time he made toast, ate it, and drank his coffee. Overall, it was a lacking experience.

Only stayed one night but the property and the and surrounding area is great atmosphere for small ski town in the summer time great shops and restaurants. Awesome liquor stores

Breakfast offered multiple choices from sauages, eggs, pastries, cereals and waffles. Coffee and tea, as well. Staff were extremely helpful, and recommended an Italian restaurant that was excellent.

I stay at Comfor Inns shen traveling and this was one of the better ones.

The ck in manager was very snooty. All tv channels turned off at 10pm.

The staff was great, the room very clean and comfortable.

Nothing. We got to our room and found a small bug crawling on one of the beds. We did not unload our luggage, captured the bug in a container, returned to the front desk and told them we would not stay there and would not accept a different room either. The manager was supposed to call us on Monday about a refund on Monday. We did not get a call. An expensive mistake to book there. We found much better accommodations for the night as walk ins.
