However, the stay ended up being significantly more expensive than expected. In addition to the room rate, there were resort fees and daily parking charges that added up quickly. While the hotel itself was nice, these extra costs made the overall value feel less appealing than anticipated. If you’re considering staying here, I recommend carefully reviewing all additional fees before booking so there are no surprises. It’s a great property, but the final bill may be much higher than the advertised room rate.

Beautiful property, nice location, friendly staff Upon check out, we were "nickel and dimed" Tried to recharge resort fee and an unnecessary spa fee etc. If I wouldn't have checked the receipt before I left it could have been a problem. Still trying to resovle with my credit card company.

The hotel was exceptional and the condition was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and were extremely friendly. The location of the resort was perfect and having the shuttle bus to Beaver Creek ski area as well as Vail was great and saved me a lot of money on taxis. The restaurant was amazing and the food was delicious. Overall my experience at the resort was a memorable one and I will definitely return to stay at the Westin Riverfront

Beautiful and clean room, gorgeous views, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, the amenities were just what we needed, our room was spacious (enough room for 7 of us), and everyone was very accommodating! We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay and will definitely be returning to the Westin!

Needed some help!! Had zero help!!!! And cost me $1400 more. Will never use Expedia again!! And have used Expedia for years !!!! It all falls on customers service.

Was a previous time share owner. Westin front desk staff was wonderful to us— late checkout, played NFL game we wanted to watch.
