Unfortunately we ended up with a room that had a patio view of their parking garage foundation while the property didn’t appear to be anywhere near capacity. Overall the room was average although the patio view we envisioned was a concrete wall in our case. The lobby check in staff wasn’t very positive either. She did not appear to be very happy to help or care about our check in and initial experience with this location. While we didn’t complain which was on us, the property staff should also want to give every guest the best experience possible including a room with a view when available. Needless to say we will not return.

Liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping. Free shuttles. Easy parking. Easy to get to the room even though it’s a large hotel. Suites are spacious. The hot tub is nice. I like that when I asked for a room on the south side, my request was granted without drama. The decor shows its age. The staff is not too friendly. I didn’t get that welcoming feeling. The air conditioner was too loud, but I was glad to have it since it was unusually hot outside.

We came in very late and was welcomed by the front desk attendant and security who were so pleasant and helpful! The rooms were so cute and clean. Can’t wait to come back!

The rooms were clean and very nice. Whoever designed this place should have been fired. Get off the elevator and you still have to go up and down stairs to get to your room. Elevator didn't work on the last morning, yet we were told they were. Tell that to the person behind us. Air conditioner in the living room didn't reach the bedroom.

Great place to stay.

Very odd layout in the room (main bedroom is at front door), and I think we missed it in the description, but the AC is a portable AC unit, it really struggled, then a separate fan we plugged in between rooms to get circulation. For the price I might have expected better. Altogether if you were trying to have a conversation on a hot day, you would struggle in the room.

We enjoyed the location and the views. We will certainly stay in the future. Thanks!

Quirky, but nice. A welcome change from conventional hotel accommodations.

Great location, friendly staff and great amenities! Would stay again for sure!!

Was great location. Nice property but staff was not helpful and there's no ramp to level one from lobby rooms so you can use the dolly to haul your stuff. Staff was not helpful with questions and appeared bothered we were even there.

There ended up being an air-conditioning unit in the second room. It was extremely noisy to run and primarily only cooled 1/2 of the unit but was way too hot to sleep without it. Even with it running, I woke up in a pool of sweat. As I was now moved to the first floor I did not feel comfortable leaving the door open while I slept. There was dust on the refrigerator and the patio had not been cleaned and what looked like months spiderwebs, and dead leaves, littered the chairs and ground. At the end of the day, it was a bed and a small kitchen to prepare some food. Not sure I would stay here again.

Decent price for the Vail area (we stayed off-season though) and good location. Having a kitchenette was great. We enjoyed the balcony despite it overlooking the parking lot. Bed was very comfortable. The check in staff was not friendly, they were more interested in making sure you knew about all the extra fees than making sure you were set, for example they didn't bother to tell us how to log in on the internet. We stayed off-season so the place was pretty empty, but I suspect it gets really loud due to the central "forum" outside the rooms

There were multiple hot tubs, rooms were clean with a good view, and staff were very friendly. The parking was close by. The only thing that was a little awkward was there were stairs involved getting to my room. There’s elevators in the place, but when going further down the highway, it involves stairs.
