Room was super cute and well decorated on a budget. Extremely clean interior. Linens and bedding soft and thick, smelled very clean. Big refrigerator. Great shower and hot water. We were concerned about train track so close by when booking, turns out trains came more than once an hour, however there was no real noise as they zoom by without braking or slow clunking, didn't wake us up at all. We had a great sleep. Only hiccup was our sink didn't drain fast enough. Very convenient to highway. Great staff. We would return for sure.

Squeaky clean, comfortable bed, and adorable motel. I can't recommend it enough.

It was quiet on the edge of town Needs maintenance in the bathroom

We just showed up, and they got us taken care of ..last minute

Very disappointing. Old, worn out bed, bathroom sink, shower/tub. Microwave was filthy. Floors sticky. Never again.

We stay every year on our way to the west coast. It is always clean and comfortable. Management is very nice. Check in is very easy.

Wonderful surprise at the end of a long day. Keys were in the room and the light was on. A nice warm welcome. Comfortable, clean accommodations and a great value! The room could use an extra lamp.

The property was clean and looked to be newly remodeled inside. The price was great. No frills, no breakfast, and some road noise due to location. The train was loud, but fortunately I was already awake.

Perfect for the dogs, great area for them to go potty and watch squirrels. Towels were soooo soft

Room was great size and clean. Our dog had room enough to be comfortable and hard floor instead of carpet. The owner was really nice. We were here 10 months ago and he remembered me. Everything went smooth. Can’t think of anything.

This place was a surprise. I don't know much about the town but it seemed like a sketchy area where this motel was located. I arrived by Motorcycle and sent my wife a message saying I was going to be staying at what looked like the "Bates Motel". How wrong I was, this is by no means your traditional hotel/motel, it was newly renovated and very clean. It had a feeling of an unused guest room at a friends house. Clean and modern and quiet. There is a railroad across the street with regular trains, but I quickly got used to them...Not very loud but noticible at first. I had un numbered room at the very east end of the building.

Quiet and clean. Supporting a local business vs. a chain motel. It was fine for the price. The facilities and furniture are cheap but not horrible (to be expected for the price) and the RV part are people living in their RVs (no judgement), so don’t expect a traveling/camping RV kind of place. A slight disappointment but I basically needed a clean bed for the night and that’s what it was.

Very good!

Our room was very clean. Our room had been newly renovated, but with really cheap furniture, hard floors and no rugs. The sidewalks had just about crumbled away. The motel is next to a seedy trailer park that makes you wonder how safe you are. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Small shower. Bed was so so. No good chair to sit on
-
Price. It's a little far from the highway and the TV wasn't working.
