Clean, comfortable bed. Convenient location. Decent breakfast. Great staff

I especially liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. Also the breakfast was perfect for what you would expect. The room was nicely updated and cozy.

My room was beautifully maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Will stay there again.

Rooms look like they have been remodeled, but not done well. Broken heater, room keys that don’t work and a very sparse breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful with the issues and did their best to make it better with what they had. Not worth money spent to stay. Next time will go on to La Grande.

The room was very clean, updated, and comfortable.

This place has everything you need: a workout room, ice, breakfast, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, soft towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, etc. You name it, they have it. And they are nice.

The rooms were clean, the staff was super nice and helped accommodate us. The only reason I gave the drop on maintenance due to them loosing the sorta maintenance man they had. The paint needed some love and a good cutting in the lines.

The room was clean looks it had been remodeled. When we arrived the woman working at the counter was not helpful, she gave us the wrong directions as to where our room was located. We had been driving for 10 hours so we did not appreciate all the walking to the room. I know it’s hot there but the ladies working the counter were both wearing tank tops, I just don’t think that’s very professional. Not sure how this had an 8.0 review. It makes me not trust the reviews on this app.

Noisy A/C, mediocre breakfast, difficult access to the parking lot…very disappointing

I do hope they are able to update their key system soon. The breakfast waffle was good but not a lot of variety.

Brand new bathroom fixtures. Gravel and paved parking lot next to a truck stop but very quiet . Nice breakfast room. No protein for breakfast. Very clean rooms and all the staff said hello which was nice for this weary traveler.

You can tell Quality hotels converted an older building with the room qualities of their newer hotels. Staff were friendly, room amenities and bed were excellent (awesome shower) and included a continental breakfast (nothing cooked except waffles). Building exterior was dated needing a refurb, external stairs to rooms need to be updated, neighbor auto repair revving engine late at night, and breakfast offerings need to be more competitive with other chains to include hot food (eggs & sausage minimum) and coffee with some bite vs near hot water. Overall a very pleasurable stay resulting in a high sleep score!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the pool area was closed for repairs. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The only hot foods were waffles and toast. Overall, it was good. I'd stay there again.

Great place to stop. Typical clean Quality Inn, easy to find, easy to check in, helpful staff etc. The only complaint would be strong LED lights (which are standard in chain motels) that gave me headache and shortness of breath evening after coming back from dinner. I ended up turning everything off, using only bathtub/toilet room light around corner for vanity and not doing much, then was ok.

I just needed an overnight stay on my long driving journey. I arrived in the evening and was out early the next morning. It met my needs perfectly; clean room, comfortable bed, shower, toilet and it was quiet. Good value for room rate. I grabbed a couple of breakfast items on my way out after checkout to eat on the road. I would stay again if a similar travel situation occurred.
