Great location. Just 5 minutes from old downtown. Grocery stores just a minute away and gas right across street. Easy access to highways. Quiet too.

The room overall did not feel clean and the bathroom was not clean. The front desk area smelled like cigarettes and it took them a long time to come to check me in. I had to keep ringing the bell and knocking. Thr guy was nice when he finally showed up. The next morning they would not answer when I was trying to get an iron because the room did not have one.

Bare bones...just the necessities. No refrigerator or microwave. Had to go to the office for coffee.

Everything was excellent other than the room smelled like smoke. I messaged ahead and asked for a ground floor room for me and my two dogs and it was waiting for me when I arrived. The room was spacious and clean. The smoke smell became stronger as the night went on. It wasn’t overpowering, but it was noticeable. The property seemed safe and it was great for walking the dogs.

The photos don’t do the setting justice. It is quiet, set against a hill. There is a large gazebo where guests can sit outside. Staff was warm and hospitable. No worries about dogs finding things in the room or outside.
