There is no shampoo or conditioner. Just bar soap and hand lotion. Washer didn’t work. Someone helped finally. Property clean and safe and Convenient. Breakfast is plenty. Restaurant on site could be improved.

Everything was great! Breakfast was superb!
-
A nice place to stay in the summer with the pool in must of trees and hanging flowers. I enjoyed reading a book out on the balcony. Good hotel as always. My go to in Baker City.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were professional and friendly. Tammy was exceptional! She made sure we had everything we needed and showed us to all the amenities.
-
Everything was great and the room was clean but the bathroom has a lot of left over hairs on the floor.
-
Fantastic property in a beautiful town and setting, great value for the price!

This was a late reservation for the same day and it was a cute hotel that had a nostalgic vibe of the Brady bunch! Outdoor pool in the middle with the buildings all facing each other was so cute. They had an Indian restaurant onsite which also served American food and the butter chicken I ordered was the best I’ve ever had! The free breakfast buffet had all the regular items and I would stay here again if we happened across this city on a road trip. Room was quiet and I liked the outdoor stairs and entrances which made it feel easier to leave than walking down long corridors.

Good basic motel. No frills.

Staff were great and friendly. Property was nice but the building I stayed in was not. I stayed in the building at the very back which presumably are the rooms that allow pets. The building is so outdated. Very cold feeling. And since it was in the back of the property there were people sitting in a car doing meth when I pulled up who stayed there for about an hour. The people working the property I am sure could not see them. It was very unnerving. The building is so out dated it feels dirty even though I am sure it is clean. I learned about Best Western on this trip as I had a great stay in Upton Utah and another one my Way to Colorado. But this one in Baker City, Oregon is not up to par. Staff are great, etc. but that building in the back is nasty.

Good breakfast but need more staff on weekends.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was kind enough to store our bikes in their private area. The light outside came into the room.
-
Great little hotel. Nice separation of space.

The Room was very clean, it was hot when we arrived but the AC worked great in our room, there were large shade trees outside off our 2 nd story balcony which made for a really nice place to sit outdoors on the comfortable chairs and look at the pool and well maintained grass and grounds, and lots of colorful hanging baskets of flowers. Continental breakfast was good and well staffed with plenty of foods to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient, clean, and comfortable!
-
Great breakfast—I need to limit carbs and they provide plenty to meet that need. The facility is quiet, peaceful and lovely. My only concern is that the fragrances used in cleaning products both inside and outside the room were irritating. Fragrance sensitivity is a growing problem and makes traveling a challenge. My sinuses and face were irritated and puffy all stay and all the rest of the day I Checked out.

The breakfast was great.

Great breakfast! Nice dinning facility. Comfortable beds.j All good

Everything was great (staff, room, cleanliness, and breakfast), except having to pay extra for a room on the main floor. No elevator. Stairs worked, but an elevator would have been more convenient.
-
ok place for the night. The room was clean-bed was comfy. A bit $$$ I thought as we have stayed in nicer BW's for less.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The pool was always clean and everything worked as it should.
