Front desk people were nice

Did not like: housekeeping only exchange the towels and empty the trash cans, did not sweep the floor (it was needed since the door did not have a threshold or a sweeper on the door so dust and small debris zip under the door into the room) or made up the bed, neither refill the shampoo and body wash at the bathtub

Rude people and not helpful at all

Staff can be a bit more friendly

Yes hot tub was hot a/c was cold staff was great room was clean def.will go there again

I have been coming to this hotel for about 6 years I have always had a good stay don’t be discouraged by the location they do a good job keeping the location safe . Always a pleasure to stay
