Clean People above us kept us up all nite as well as our room was near a stairwell which was noisy all nite w door slamming. We had to get up at 2 am to go on a trip. Ive stayed here many times and have never had a problem like i did this nite. It was an exhausting drive with no sleep. The front desk also told us they would be available when we called to check out at 2 am to get our deposit and they didnt answer after calling several times so we had to come back 2 days later to pick up the room deposit. We were disappointed with stay this time and and wouldve been happy if we had been able to get get some sort of compensation or a free or discounted future stay for that bad experience but again no one was in front to help us out.

This is a surprisingly clean hotel in a terrible neighborhood. They gave 1 bar of soap, a shampoo, and i think 1 plastic cup.

Convenient location en route to Northern California. The smell was atrocious and the facilities were overall quite dirty. Our first room smelled like cigarette ashes so we asked to be moved. The entire floor smelled of rotting food. Noise was so loud above and below us we weee barely able to sleep.

There was no iron,blow dryer or tissues.it was OK it serve the purpose.

The room was clean but absolutely NO frills for sure. We traveled for 9 hours getting to the hotel early by two hours. Asked if possible to get in the room early. Yes, for a $25.00 FEE!!!! Never had anyone do that before at any hotel. We left to eat and then returned. The room was very clean and although it had a sink and stove, no utensils or anything were in there to use. We didn't need to use those but if we had stayed more than a night, it might have been nice. Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No ice container and to my knowledge no ice? When we walked down our hall to grab things from the car we were greeted by a barking dog. Thankfully, did not hear any barking at night. Also sort of strange...had to put a signature to probably ten things on multiple pages. When I questioned the gal at the desk she said it is probably because many people stay there for weeks or months.

I would definitely NOT recommend this place. It is in a bad area and rooms are dirty. They also have extra charges for items not listed in the description when booking.

The hallways and the room had a very strong and unpleasant smell. It was difficult to tolerate, and the smell made the stay very uncomfortable. This is something that definitely needs to be addressed and improved.
