The staff were friendly and worked efficiently with us, especially relative to needing to add an extra night to our trip. Although it had to be created as a separate reservation, it was seamless regarding remaining in the same room - just check out and back in for new key cards. No problem. The breakfast had a good variety of hot items and the eggs weren’t bad for mass preparation. While aiming for low carb, I would have liked to see more meat options, but I managed ok. The room was mostly clean and fully functional. Complaints: 1) the AC must be connected to movement. Leave for a couple hours or sleep… it stops and the room heats right up! That didn’t make for sleeping through the night at all possible. 2) the shower head is one that should allow for changing the stream that comes out - nope. You get what you get, and because the water pressure is so high (which is a good thing, in general), water came out at the connection to the shower head and was going everywhere at first - even the ceiling! I finally found a position at which it only went in the shower area, but still not focused at all, making showers a little challenging.

The air conditioning didn’t work at all in my room! When I arrived the room was 80 degrees, but it felt like 95. I turned on the AC thinking it would cool down. My husband was completely exhausted from all hard work and struggles we had been through on the road so he immediately passed out on the bed (even though the room was hot). I was busy taking care of personal matters, but I noticed that the room didn’t get lower than 74. I set the temperature to 65 degrees and went to sleep. I woke up a couple hours later drenched in sweat to discover that the air conditioning had turned itself off and the room was 80 degrees again. Even the cheapest, most basic hotel has working air conditioning. This was absolute torture and if I ever stay here again I will make the air conditioning works, or I will be demanding a full refund and contacting the corporate office.

Good breakfast bar.

We are spoiled as a people that we automatically think the TV's are all smart TV's. They are not. There was no guide and when I went to the front desk to inquire, the gentlemen said "oh, I guess they gave out the last print out without making more copies, sorry". The breakfast everymorning was really good. The assistant working the kitchen on Sunday really could have used some help. Overall, it was the best part of our stay.

Just very middle of the road place to stay. Nothing really horrible or really good about this property. Not the best part of town but they do have a overnight security guy in the parking lot. It served it's purpose as an okay place to stay for the night

The refrigerator was all iced up would not close

However, the garage cans outside were overflowing with trash. Also, we are traveling with our dogs and we assumed we would be on the 1st floor. But, we were disappointed that they put us on the 2nd floor, which made it difficult for our elder dog and our other dog that is afraid of elevators.

Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Hubby enjoyed the breakfast while I walked the dogs on the soft green grass out front, in the shade. Nice that you have frozen microwave meals available. Also enjoyed a great dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced!
