Do Not Stay Here!!. Upon arrival you are greeted with a locked door and a sign to speak to them through a window. The hallways reek of urine and smoke. The room upon entering was more of the smoke smell and along with it being hot and muggy. Smoke detector on the table. Blood and booger stained walls. Blood stain sheets. Rips and burns in the sheets. Burnt electric plugs. Head boards ripped and peeling. This place is not suitable for anyone who is paying money to stay.

Overall a comfortable stay. Ac worked great.

Hotel was disgusting. There were holes in the walls and tiles for the bath tub were missing. Light fixtures were unsecured and hanging. Bed sheets were filthy and had multiple holes on them. Refrigerator was not working. Stains on the furniture. The bed was covered in stains. I did not feel comfortable sleeping on the bed let alone spending the night. The none smoking room I was given smelled like old cigar. I informed the front desk about the issue with concern of being charged a cleaning fee for the smell and just received a nod and an ok. No record or notes taken of my concern. I did not feel comfortable laying on the bed let alone spending the night. I checked out after 4 hours in the room. The hotel also refused a refund for a second night that was booked by accident. Total time spent on the property was 4 hours. I also received two fraudulent transactions on my company card 1 day after this hotel took my card information for the deposit. My card has been in my possession always and only used at credible merchants which I’ve never had any issues with prior. This hotel needs to be removed from Hotel.com if the company is concerned about the quality of stay and experience received by there patrons.

No morning coffee

At first, the elevator was working but later in a few hours it stopped working. I noticed that is leaking of water near the toilet and I had to asked for additional towels. They only have one elevator. The ceiling inside the room near the bed and near the sofa has black mold.I liked the view from the inside room window and I liked that the room is carpeted including the hallway. I also like that it is closer to the restaurants. I stayed for 1 night from May 23, 2026 and checked out on May 24, 2026.

The AC didn’t work well that was cockroaches.. the toilet was broken it was disgusting.

Bugs in room again. Dirty walls. Drops were nasty. Actually made noise. Roaches are bad

It was the worst day I've ever had at a hotel. The staff is a husband and wife and that's it. The cleanliness was the worst part. When I checked in I got to my room and there was holes all over the sheets. Stains all over the blanket that I had to request to get a new one twice because the new one they got me had cigarette Burns. You can tell they have bed bugs because of the stains. Everything from the liner all the way to the Sheetz had stains everywhere. I asked the manager if they could sweep and mop my room and they told me to just check out and go somewhere else . Then when I got them to actually sweep him up, he did such a terrible job at sweeping and then used a bathtel wrapped it around a broom with no cleaner and and mopped my room SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
