Amazing stay, only thing was that we waited a long time for pool towels and had to leave without towels. Other than that, great staff and hotel.

Cleanliness and breakfast was terrible.

There were no eggs for breakfast and a limited supply of breads, no butter, limited choices overall. There was only one waffle grill and guests did not know how to work it. The room was comfortable.

We had yo move rooms three times toliet broke pool closed grounds looked dirty. No maintenance on site.

Place was ok for a one night stay. Nothing substantial about it really; the staff was fine, the room was ok, the breakfast was decent..The pool looked a little rough so we skipped that. Like I said, for a one night stay it did the job. The price was reasonable and it was close to the freeway so thats a plus

Great customer service and delicious breakfast.

The room is a decent size. The beds were comfortable and the air worked perfectly! The bathroom was not cleaned well. There was a dead water bug behind the toilet with other trash. Walking through the hallway we did see live water bugs. Breakfast which is huge for me. It was horrible! Not one food item was being filled timely. When asking the lady in charge for more food items. She could not understand anything. The dining area was a mess. Nothing was being wiped down at all behind people. Nothing was covered properly. There was no butter for the toast that was stale because it was not covered. There was a line for the waffle station that was not being made quick enough. The hashbrowns were like eating raw potatoes. I can go on and on and nothing is good.

Lotta sketchy places in Bako. This wasn't one. Clean, safe, priced reasonably.

Traveled with 2 children - pool was great. Easy to get to and nice check-in.

The convenience of breakfast, and the service provided. Reasonable pricing, with a nice manager, and great staff. They made sure I was taken care of.
