This hotel was absolutely horrible. The owners were the most horrible a women and her husband. If I used a 3rd party to pay because it was less expensive they charged me a 20 early check in fee or they said I would have to check out at 11 and come back at 3, even though I had already been staying there 3 days. The only way I could avoid this was to pay through them they which was $80 a night. Also my key never worked the whole time I stayed there. They told me every day, we will send someone over in a little while. Every Day I would ask if the pool was open. They told me later today every time. Later today never came. Then to top it all off when I got my deposit back I noticed they took $20 from me and was never given a reason why. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. The whole stay was absolutely ridiculous and horrible. They should be ashamed of themselves, how much they treat people and and we all know what the good Lord says about being greedy.

First off, the front desk guy Jose is disrespectful towards customers and needs to go. I checked in late at midnight and I understand they keep the doors closed due to the homeless situation in Bakersfield and safety reasons. But I needed a cup of coffee and there were no cups in my room, so walked back to the front desk and he flat out refused to open the door just to hand me a cup. He said he can't open the door without talking to the owner Sanjay. I requested to talk to Sanjay and he provided me the front desk number and refused to share the actual contact number for Sanjay. I spoke to Sanjay next morning and he apologized and admitted that Jose could have opened the door to hand me a cup. After driving for the whole day, I couldn't have a cup of coffee just because Jose decided to be mean/rude. The hotel is what you would expect for the price you pay, no elevator, most things are broken or about to break. But I just needed a bed to sleep after a tiring day and that's what the place is. Breakfast is a joke, Cheerios, milk and juice. So please be prepared for what the place has to offer.

Air conditioning was low power and room not extremely clean. Ok for a one night stay but in. Shady area
-
Cons-shower curtain was filthy/stinky with urine, breakfast was literally only frosted flakes, coffee, orange juice, milk, and packaged danish. Front desk ladies lacked manners

The whole place has an u pleasant smell that shifts as you move through it, but never goes away. The stairs feel hazardous since they shift and clank when you walk on them. The bathroom had a lot of visible mold and a strong smell of mold. The bedspread, both chairs and the carpet were heavily stained. There was a pile of cigarette butts on the balcony. The refrigerator barely worked. The tv did not work at all. The water pressure was pretty good.

I don't like the fact that your company stole $61.60 from my debit card and refused to pay it back!! I believe this company and Travelodge are working together to scam me!!!

The next day, in the afternoon, the manager calls and says there is a problem with my card—which confused me because why is just not being run? When I pald, I used Affirm through Expedia. Affirm requires the merchant to match, but the was run by Travelodge (again, the next day?). So, it was declined. The manager was extremely rude. She immediately told me I had to leave because I got a free night (before I had even had a chance to investigate and figure out what was wrong). THEN, she stole my deposit wholesale despite it being nearly double a single nights stay I didn’t argue, I didn’t raise my voice. I left as requested and she wants to double hit me for what amounts to their mistake. I want my money back

Ok We found cockroach in the bathroom. They should double check every room before give it away
