Front desk staff on check in and check out was pleasant. Light over bed could not be plugged in as there was no extension cord to reach outlet. Computer in breakfast area could not be used as there was no mouse.

Front desk was so friendly ,he was very helpful and fast to check us in ,i like staying in this hotel,the tv was not getting signal and someone came to help with it in a rasonable time 👌

The bait you with a "low price" online and try to upcharge you on arrival. Please find another place that will respect you and your hard-earned money.

It was convenient - good location on the way from LAX to Sequoia. Close to the highway, not too loud, room was spacious, old but well maintained. Good for the price I paid. some homeless people sleeping on the stairs next to my room was a bit creepy

Nothing but the pool Room was dirty. Carpet was torn and dirty. Toilet and towels were dirty. Room and whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. Area and parking lot seemed sketchy. Would be a fraud to touch the sheets. Left after an hour without a refund.

Clean room, comfortable bed, close to the excellent, walkable city centre. Excellent value for money. I had no problems at all.

The property staff majority was very rude and inconsiderate. Especially the older male employee with the glasses and the older female employee with the glasses. One of the night time employees came to my door and knocked repeatedly requesting that I drink an alcoholic beverage with them at 3am, while my toddler and I were nside sleeping. After this , I asked someone to stay with me , since I felt uncomfortable and they kicked me out the following day, saying I had traffic and an extra geust , and I still have not received my refund, leaving me to struggle with my child and very little funds .

Booked on Expedia. Charged extra $30 at check-in. Card key didnt work twice. Had to wait for help at 1am to get a new card after a long day of travel. Found a roach in the room. Bathroom fixtures old. Toilet seat was old and discolored.

We stay only one night everything works fine except the tv not working

The management/owner is absolutely despicable. She prevaricated to me numerous times. This in regards to access to the laundry room, customer service, cleanliness of the rooms, and overall service.
