Nothing Showed up and person at front desk said I need a $150 security deposit but when I gave her my card she said she could not except the card because it was an online bank and no cash deposit either. I’m still waiting for my refund on prepayment

They found my fiances make up on the table and said it was substances and kicked her out and said I was aggressive but I was very nice I will be contacting corporate they didn't even give back our money for the days we couldn't stay

We booked a room with kitchenette and the didnt have any pots, pans or anything we can cook with. We did spend money on groceries to cook and and all of it went to waste while we traveled.
