Hyatt Place Bakersfield

Great service, very clean and nice

Room was very nice and clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was nice just needs a little more water pressure but that’s just me. Breakfast was kind of chaos lots of people and plates and bowls ran out. It happens. Standard coffee from a big pot not the best, but the gas station next door has great coffee.

The room was wonderful and neat. The hotel has great service and truly appreciated being able to have my dog with me.

Everything was great. There were issues the staff had to deal with and they did great. Computer down, ran out of food at breakfast, but they did everything to fix it and let it not affect the guests any more than it had to.. I would definitely stay again

Clean room, very well maintained property; staff was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was fresh and filling and delicious. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, especially for the cost.

If a room can hold 4 people, make sure amenities are for 4 people or at least give them the towels if you know the room is only set up for 3. Again Hyatt do better.

We had a comfortable stay.

The stay was okay, but not great. The room was usable, and the staff were fine, but the property needs better maintenance. The shower had an old fixed shower head with no hose, which was very inconvenient. There were scratches and worn areas on the walls and trim. Also, the fan in the hallway near the elevator looked very dusty and should be cleaned. Overall, it was acceptable for a short stay, but I expected better upkeep.

I was traveling with my daughters. We all felt safe. Breakfast was nice, good room, easy to get around Bakersfield.

Friendly staff warmly greeted me as I registered. The common and breakfast areas were clean and comfortable. Great location for getting quickly around Bakersfield. Will stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Some traffic noise on the main street side.

It was easy to get to and there was a Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and restraints across the street. The room was clean and modern. The shower was luxurious and the bed very comfortable. They had several lounge areas.

Very friendly staff, Hotel room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good.

Room 325 near elevator was very noisy. Window shade was broken, ensuring bright sunshine directly in the room at 6:15 AM. At 7 am, staff began loading up several large containers of ice in the hallway, also very loud, for a good 10 minutes. Not a very restful night.

I like it because there's no problem whatsoever I did not have a problem with anything about the property
