Our room was very clean and spacious. We were moved into an ADA room due to me being in a wheelchair and this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at where the ADA room is so spacious. I didn’t have issues getting around the room. Usually the ADA rooms we stay in have room for me to get around but this room went above my expectations. The lady who checked us in was so friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine except the $10 parking fee. For Bakersfield really? I'm not doing that again. I can stay anywhere.

My current stay at Hyatt was very positive, staff were very helpful and quick. Property was very clean and well lit. All staff was very polite as well and very informative. Will be looking forward to another visit in the future. 10/10 experience

We were only there overnight, so didnt get a chance to use all of the amenities, but beds were comfortable, room was nice, and staff were friendly.

Breakfast was horrible, cheap food , powder eggs , generic sausage, cereal looked old and stale , generic cream cheese and stale generic bagels. The entire breakfast just looked old and cheap . The oranges and bananas were brown and rotting.

Clean, well maintained property, located across the street from a nice mall with a good Thai restaurant along with other restaurants and shops. A good choice for travelers needing a comfortable, solid hotel when passing through Bakersfield.

Great staff, it was close to the freeway and had several stores conveniently located nearby. We were traveling with our dog and they were very accommodating.
