This was my second time staying at four points and it was absolutely amazing both times staff is very polite, helpful and courteous. I will stay here every time. I’m in the Bakersfield area.

The floor in our room looked like it had never been mopped. I was afraid to take my sandals off. The towels were dirty and had stains on them. The bedding was dingy and the room smelled. The mini fridge did not cool at all. The remote did not work to change the channels. We got in so late I had to stay. Otherwise I would have left. I wish I could ask for my money back but I did stay.

The rooms were clean and very roomy. The landscape could use a little weeding, but not bad. Also, patio furniture was missing tables and/or chairs. I will definitely stay again.
