Clean room, breakfast was good only issue was shower drain and bathroom drain clogged but the service from staff is what made the difference! Excellent service highly recommend

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

We always stay here while visiting Bakersfield. Good location. This trip, three things happened. First, we arrived at check in time, 4PM. The room we were assigned was at the very back of the building, farthest from parking lot. Next, entire property reeked of marijuana. Last, I got a 15.00/night parking charge. Will never stay here again, sorry.

I really appreciated the kindness of the front desk staff. I also appreciated a full kitchen when traveling for work. That saved me money from having to eat out all the time.

The staff was amazing. TV was so old, it couldn't stream anything. The wi-fi didn't allow you to go the web, so I had to use my personal hotspot for all things internet (including the youtube we had to run from my laptop to the TV). NOT GOOD.

Friendly staff but not very helpful. Elevators did not work. Plenty of availability but was in one of the older rooms. At the back of the building.

Since we were passing through we only stayed one night but it was a delightful stay after a long day on the road. Since we planned to go up highway 99 the location of the hotel is very close by and easy to access. The staff greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome. Our room was perfect, clean and the amenities were spot on. The following morning we went down to the lobby for breakfast and again were greeted by a wonderful, smiling staff. The breakfast was excellent, abundant and there was something for everyone. We were very happy with our stay and will be back on our way through next time. Thank You!
