The security The floors were really dirty. We had to clean them ourselves and towel was black when we were done. The breakfast was very disappointing. It was just granola bars. And the elevator was broken.

The location and cleanliness. The attitude of many of the custodial staff was very arrogant much different from the reception staff.

Very decently priced, even when booked last minute. There were many shops located just a stone’s throw away which made things very easy to quickly grab something. Great front desk staff who were attentive and helpful. The room came with a microwave, fridge, iron/ironing board too, which I don’t find common in a lot of smaller hotel stays so that was great. Nothing was bad, just issues draining the tub in the bathroom. Minor issue though.

nothing at all. It was nasty. The hotel was infested with roaches, and the condition of the room was absolutely disgusting. I have video proof showing the roaches and the unsanitary conditions. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. If you value cleanliness, hygiene, your time, and your money, please think twice before staying here. This was an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable hotel experience.

The room was extremely clean and updated. The staff was very friendly. We returned from a concert later in the night and noticed they had security patrolling the grounds. It felt very safe. The only 2 down sides were there isn't a coffee maker in the room so you have to go to the lobby to get it, and the breakfast is just a juice machine and granola bars. Everything else was great. Would stay again if I was in the area.

The room seem newly renovated staircase smells like urine plus I paid for 1pm checkout only to be awaken at 11am cleaning person walked in my room. I worked overnight I was not able to rest.
