the wi-fi didn't work and i was promised a refund for early checkout and didn't get my money back they need to have a clear policy on what and what isn't allowed and all employees need to be aware of all rules a regulations before making promises they can't live up to

Staff was super friendly and professional The tub in the bathroom had paint chipping away in it but it was still clean. WiFi didn’t work (but at the same time we didn’t tell them It didn’t work so that was kinda on us also to be transparent)

Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean It was a little noisier than expected but nothing intolerable.

The staff was nice and very quick check in and check out Underneath the bed was a wrapper of a granola bar from a former guest. There were a few gnats in the room and the room its self did not smell clean. Smelled like cigarette smoke
