The room I was big and clean. Staff was nice and efficient .

Nothing decided to cancel my booking even though it was already confirmed

n/a I hated that I tried to cancel my booking by calling the hotel. An associate picked up and told me it would be taken care of. I wasn't given a cancellation # or anything. Weeks later I found out I still got charged, and I tried to contact the hotel and the owner. The associate told me they have a strict no-refund policy even though I tried to cancel. I messaged the owner and got no response, and no calls back. I left a bad review in Google, AND THEN the owner finally responded.. telling me there's no record of me calling, and that they wouldn't refund me. So yeah, not a fan of this location for how they handled that situation at all. the owner has the power to refund me and is choosing not to because of their personal belief that I didn't attempt to cancel, which is literally false. Don't stay here until you know for a fact you won't cancel your trip.

It was above and beyond the call of duty. They were extremely friendly. The room was clean. The house cleaners were courteous and attentive. This was our third time staying at this property before a cruise. We will keep coming back.
