The toilet bowl was too low and the tubs need to be cleaned properly.

The pictures for this hotel do NOT match what we were given. The rooms were dirty, with cobwebs all over the walls, sticky floors in the bathroom. Breakfast was provided, as stated when booking. There were people smoking, drinking and partying in the parking lot all night long. I would not stay here again.

The room was unsanitary and unsafe when I talked to the staff they got nasty with me and my fiance every hotel in the area was sold out due to a huge concert so we had no choice but to stay. I even had to buy cleaning supplies and and new sheets just to stay there

The hotel arbitrarily decided to cancel the reservation I had made a month earlier via Booking; the rate I had booked didn't compare to what I would have had to pay later, so it wasn't profitable for the hotel. Baltimore was fully booked due to the BTS concert. I found it disrespectful to the customer. I was left without a room because of the hotel; I do not recommend them. The Booking staff were very kind, and I appreciate their support. Passable

Very old, the wallpaper was coming off of the walls and it smelt like pear smoke. The beds were falling.

Location close to stores. The manager told us upon check-in not to make loud noise and not to disturb the other guests. We are middle aged, so it was very offensive. I have never engaged in loud noise or have disturbed guests in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Nor, upon check-in have I been randomly told that. It's a given to be courteous. I truly believe he said that to us because we were black and we immediately felt stereotyped and unwelcomed. We constantly got locked out of our room and the hotel because our door keys did not work. They tried to blame it on holding the cards too close to other cards, but we kept them apart on the dresser, so it wasn't that. The card key systems is old, or broken, or both. The lobby smelled, the room smelled and the bathroom and room were pretty beat up. Most of the plugs in the rooms did not work. They were too loose and did not hold our phone chargers tight enough to charge them. That was very frustrating! The toilet paper was rough. We had one washcloth and one hand towel in our room for 4 people. I saw a rat in the garbage can in the front of the hotel. It jumped out and ran toward the main road. So gross!!! No coffee past 10am. The hotel is near a busy highway, so we heard loud truck horns all night. It had good reviews on Booking.com and unfortunately, I believed them. Not even a decent place to stay. I would never stay here again.

The room was clean. There were no bed bugs.

The beds were fairly comfortable. The toilet was broken, tub was dirty, lampshades were stained, and they gave our room away when I arrived after 6:30.

The GOOD: The room was bright and cheery and I was impressed with the look when I walked in; pleasant color scheme, new bed coverings, large room with big windows. The housekeeper was working hard prepping rooms and the one person who was working at the front desk was extremely busy, remained helpful and courteous even though he was having a rough day. I believe his name was Aneil. In the morning fresh coffee was provided for the guests in the lobby. The hotel is close to several eateries, lots of cultural diversity in the area. The BAD: We arrived at 4PM to check in but our room was not available to us until 6:30 PM. (What???) Two other men sat in the reception area with the working staff member but did nothing to help him. The bathroom in our unit was in need of updating and repairs. I got in the shower expecting a hair dryer to be available. My husband had to call and go to the front desk with his walker and was given a yellowed, old hair dryer that was meant to hang on the wall. The electric plug casing was cracked and one end was not closed tight, an obvious hazard. Final Thoughts: It was dog friendly and that was the reason we chose to stay...they have grassy areas around the property which were nice, however we will not be staying here again.

Never got a room Have left a customer service request But ah Booking.com No reply yet We tried to check in Had this booking for months and their system was down So could not pay for room and another few people were waiting for rooms to be cleaned Said 2 hour wait We were there for a specific event and needed somewhere to get ready So had to book elsewhere ( for more money and less quality) No service

Location Was not clean needs updating and saw several roaches in the bathroom

Price and location. Easy to book and prepay online. A lot of door slamming in the morning. Very limited access parking in front and no elevator if coming in the back. Went barefoot for a little while and when I stepped into the shower dirt and dust rolled off my feet. Hot water tap in bath seemed plugged and pulling the thing to move the water from faucet to shower was very hard to pull up.

Booked my stay months beforehand, got there to pay and they said my hotel reservation was canceled even when my phone said otherwise then proceeded to give me a room double the price, smaller beds, no fridge or microwave, and the toilet broke. They give you no shampoo or conditioner too.

The room was cleaned so fast and staff worked overtime to accommodate us on a room change.

We arrived at 4 for a 3 o'clock check in and were told we did not have a room that was ready. We were told it may be hours. Excuses were used of lack of housekeeping and call offs. We actually did get a room within 10 minutes and it was clean and smelled like cleaning products. There were absolutely no amenities, just a bar of soap. My husband washed his hair with it, all while screaming about the lack of water pressure. We arrived back late at night to locked doors at the office and a sign to use the additional stairwell. It was not well lit and was sketchy at best. After signing documents saying we would not smoke on the premises, we were greeted with the lovely smell of ganja throughout the entire facility. Sketchy is the best thing I can say. The woman working the counter in the a.m. was lovely and she deserves a better location of employment. I hope she finds it.

They failed to inform me that they had overbooked their rooms and canceled my room. I did not find out until I showed up to check into the room Communication
