Ramada by Wyndham Baltimore West

This is not the best place to stay. The room was severely outdated and is in need of a total upgrade and remodel. The bathroom ceiling was discolored and I felt uncomfortable in taking a shower. The table chair seat and back covering was ripped and soiled. The bed was fairly comfortable however the bed pillows were ancient. Will not consider this location again.

Once again I think Expedia should start getting the hotels that they allow to post on their sites. Or we should be able to get some assistance from them. This happened twice to me and my family that night. We were stuck 4 states away going to BTS w/ no hotel.

There were electrical issues. The lights flickered whenever something was plugged in. The light switches were also weirdly placed. None of them were where I expected them to be. The wall paper was improperly installed, which is probably why they have cockroaches in the first place, since they like to hide in wall paper. Another possibility is all those trash cans they have outside that are overflowing and appear as though they weren't recently emptied. There are signs warning you that they're "not responsible for stolen merchandise," which I found concerning. When signing up, they made me sign something that said they're "not responsible if your car gets stolen," something I've never had to sign before. Needless to say, I cancelled that reservation.

The rooms are barely cleaned and the staff complains when you ask for basic amenities… like soap. Or clean sheets. Killed multiple roaches during my stay and the AC wasn’t working but they wouldn’t move me to a new room.

This place needs to be reported and shut down. We stayed for one night and had to leave early because of the awful condition the property was in. The room was filthy with stains all over the bed and pillows and the whole place reeked of weed, including the corridors. The bathroom was the worst thing I have ever seen in my life with mold or some mold like stains all over the tub. On top of it we saw a couple of roaches , one even on the bed! We were so appalled that we packed and left as early as we could. The plug points were in bad state, the hair dryer was not working and trust me when I say this place is the worst. It needs to be inspected, fined and shut down.

😭😭 I’d never seen a motel or whatever like this- wish I could get all my money back: how’d I book a jacuzzi room for it not work then sheets were dirty and pillow cases, went to another room there was no towel, rags or anything in any room and when we asked for them they said they were in the laundry: what they showed us was dirty even after they said they had bleached them.

This hotel is not as pictured. It is more it seems like a welfare hotel. The room was nasty, the bed had sheets with hiles and uncleaned. I walked in the room, looked and left the hotel. Had to find another hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is not safe. Too many homeless looking people living there.

Place was disgusting

In the bathroom there were feces on the floor. The toilet was not bolted down and fell over. The room had cockroaches. The next morning I had 6 bites on my back from bed bugs. I have photos of it all.

The hotel had no tv, roaches everyplace, pool was "under maintenance" stains everyplace, dirty bed sheets, we had to leave, couldnt even stay the night.

Honestly a horrible experience. Rooms infested with roaches, bed had a cigarette burn in the sheets and a cut in them as if from a blade. Pillow had a dried blood stain that looked old. Black mold in the bathroom and the whole room reeked of smoke. Had to sleep over the covers and woke up to roaches on the night stand. Left early.

Everything was great I just didn’t like the smell of the bathroom

Gross living conditions. Did not stay here and do not recommend anyone to.

This place was unsatisfactory. I wish I could upload the pictures and videos. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED. There are families including children living in that environment. May God help all of them!!

Went to ask for two other rooms and the front desk staff said “If we find you other rooms, don’t check the sheets!!!” DISGRACEFUL!

I stayed for one hour then asked for my money back. The room had roaches crawling everywhere. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom.

Nada me gustó. A la media hora de estar ena habitación tuve que buscar otro lugar donde hospedarme. Estaba terriblemente sucio. Lleno de cigarrillos usados y cenizas. El baño muy sucio y el lugar lleno de papeles sucios y supongo que ropa también. Fuimos a pedir que si podían limpiar o cambiarnos de habitación y se negaron. Ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en un sitio de estos. Si pueden evitarse visitar este lugar háganlo

Disgusting. They didn't clean the room between guests, there was trash all along the balcony and walkways. Website says they are accessible but they aren't. The room was filthy, holes in walls, stains, the towels and wash cloths had dirt and smudges on them, the tub was leaky and not clean, the phone in the room didnt work and worst of all there were ROACHES. We asked for a different room and they said no, so we checked out early and went to a different hotel, same pricing and way better. Do not waste your time or money here, it was an absolute dingy hole that had bugs.

This property was absolutely disgusting. I literally walked in and turned back around and left. There was absolutely no way I could stay there. The room next to mines was clearly housing for a homeless family. The room I was assigned to smelled horrible, the bed linen was stain and the bed was completely collapsed on one side. In all honesty this property should be condemned. It is absolutely unbelievable that this property is advertised as a hotel for the general public. It’s more like a shelter for the less fortunate at best.

The room was nasty and needs updating and the bathroom is nasty like I wouldn’t stay there ever again just needs to be updated
