The pool was closed down and that’s why we picked that hotel for our family stay. When i went into my room it was no wash cloths, no towels, the phone to call down stairs and lamp was not working. Then one of the workers came up and said the towels were being washed. That’s no excuse for the new visitors to have to come in to a room like that. The vending machines were not working in none of the floors with dollars, it only would work with quarters. I was just so disgusted with the type of service this year. My family and i stay at this hotel every year around the same time. So we will definitely be looking into staying some where else for now on.

Staying one night because I was a trending a near by event Pool was out of order. Had a problem with my door not opening. Didn’t get fix the first time and had to keep going to the desk

When we checked in, the staff member was friendly, but the room smelled like pets. The second room had a bug on the bed. We ended up leaving and found another place to stay. A full refund is expected.

They canceled my booking last minute on the day of checkin because they said its over booked but 2 days before that I got email from property via booking.com that they confirmed my stay so they canceled my stay because they want to charge more money from other customers as there was very big concert going on during that time. Never going back to this particular property ever again.

Passable

The room was clean, bed was comfy. There was adequate hot water and hotel was overall clean. All staff that we encountered were friendly. Perfect distance from M&T Bank. We went to have breakfast there was a limited selection. A lot of main items were out. Some of the counters and tables needed to be wiped. I did see someone refilling a few things but I could not wait any longer. Due to selection we didn't eat much.

The proximity to the events I attended was nice. The staff was friendly and apologetic for the issues. The person who both check us in and out was lovely and kind. The lobby was not clean when we arrived. The check in time was 3:00, and we arrived at 3:05. Our room was not ready until 3:45. On the desk at check-in, we were alerted that no housekeeping services would be available at all of the duration of our stay. When we got to the room, the sheets smelled fine, but were covered in hairs and old makeup. We looked forward to using the pool and it was “out of service” during the duration of our stay. The second morning, there was only one person making the breakfast, so there was nothing but day-old bagels & scones and hard-boiled eggs. They had one particular employee behind the desk who was incredibly kind, but obviously overwhelmed. She was not only in charge of check-out on the day we left, but also was tasked with running back and forth to stock the breakfast stations.

Property was ok.

I booked the stay because it has an indoor pool. But I couldn't enjoy the pool because it was too cold.

Convenient to expressway. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Parking. Maybe it was because of a big event going on in downtown Baltimore, but Parking was definitely issue....
